Big 5 Sporting Goods is a well-organized store with a great selection of sporting goods, especially shoes and apparel for all seasons. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, although some experiences in the shoe department may vary in attentiveness. The store is clean, offers lots of parking, and features good prices along with frequent sales and coupons. While some shoppers have had issues with returns, overall, the transaction experiences at the cash register are positive. Many customers enjoy browsing the unique items and find the atmosphere pleasant.
Always seem to have those odd things I need. Staff is helpful and friendly.

They didn't have a big selection of baseball bats. I think they were just sold out, though. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to get everything we needed other than a new bat.

It was a good store. We didn’t find what we needed but the lady that helped us was very pleasant and the store was clean and organized, and there was lots of parking.
