Lakota helped us in the car audio department he was beyond good. He exceeded my expectations in every area, from knowledge of products to the knowledge of installation, and saving me money on things I didn't need, Lakota was passionate about this work he went above and beyond. I can't begin to tell you how much better the service he gave me then two of the so-called big-name stereo shops in town.

Sent computer in 4 times came back with the same problem dont buy pc\computers from them the parts are cheap they have problems constantly it's not worth your time at all

Our experience was fine until the product we purchased had a defect. It was sent off for repair and returned broken. We needed the device ASAP but we're told all we could do was to wait again for it to be fixed. We purchased the produce a month ago and have only had it for 10 days. We bought this product specifically for school but have had to put school on hold because no one would work with us on a solution. Not happy.

Our sales person was very friendly and helpful, I think her name was Brandi. We were looking for tablets for our grandkids. She made recommendations and showed us what was on sale. All in all we ended up buying two tablets. Now our grandkids are ?. Thank you Brandi.

Best Buy has always been my go-to electronics store. I have gotten anywhere from my Apple Watches, iPhones, iPads, and Mac Book Pro’s here. It’s always so easy shopping for your new electronic at Best Buy. There is always help here when I ask for assistance. Pardon me if I get the name wrong but Jaren helped me both times I have come here to this location. Thank you so much for your great customer service!!

I went in to the Best Buy in Farmington, NM today wanting to buy a Samsung Watch. Could not get anyone to wait on me. Finally grabbed a guy, he said he didn't know anything about them. This is so frustrating.

It's a Best Buy. I haven't had a whole lot of variance best buy to best buy. The selection at this one is a little lack luster depending on what you are shopping for and I've run into a couple of items being mislabeled on price. Outside of that, you generally know what to expect walking in.
