I can't believe I got treated with no respect at all by a woman named Jeanette that was working. She had no idea what she was doing and kept making so many mistakes, she then finally got frustrated with herself and told me she couldn't cash my check. I'm blown away that a bank would trust this woman with handling money. I feel so bad for anyone that has to deal with her.

The service was great. We got there after a 1h and a half drive. The lady we met was really nice and we got our 2 accounts open. I dont have any complaints. Even though we had to wait a bit for them not to be busy. That was fine since we got some food ;3Over all was a great learning experience.

I’ve been banking with this branch for almost a year now and have been very satisfied with their service. The bankers are always very nice and helpful.

My father went to this location to do a wire transfer and was told he couldn’t do one because they didn’t do them in the store even though he’s done multiple wire transfers over this year. Ashley the manager had a bad attitude, tone and business etiquette when he asked a question, even threatened to kick him out and told him to close his account. What her problem was? I don’t know maybe a dislike in his accent, he speaks loudly to be clear due to his accent. Which shouldn’t be a problem, that’s her job, to help those that need it. I called afterwards and she answered, asked a few questions and turns out they do wire transfers and it’s very simple. There’s no max and he was there around twelve and the cutoff time is at three. He had all the documents (ID and debit card) and yet they didn’t help. Attitudes or prejudice should be left elsewhere, not brought to the workplace especially not taken out on clients.

Opened am account in the 6th of Nov. They closed of for some reason on the 10th they have over 500 dollars of my money and won't give any answers or anything Rory was the one to send the account up. They robbed us and expect us to set back and take it no wonder they are a million dollar company they rob every one to get there. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone use them

Horrible bank, Horrible staff. I have finally ended my association with this place. Never going back. There are better financial institutions out there. Stay away from this place. Wherever you are, avoid BofA.

The bank has always done everything they can to help me, I lose my card and phone at least every month, any one with out online banking it's kind of a pain to take care of, everyone at the branch always goes above and beyond to help me even when the reps on the phone are less than understanding.My advise is to keep your email and phone numbers update no matter how many times a month you replace themI have also added my wife's phone number to my account because it never changes!

No customer service. I called, recalled, for literally 15 minutes. No one answered the phone, only a voice message, 'everyone is currently assisting customers'.UPDATED- Had to go to the branch, face to face. The lobby was almost empty, no waiting. The teller was professional and polite.

I would have to agree with the overall rating of 2.7. This bank needs to get it together. The first time I came the lady gave me the wrong info about bonds. So i went home and found out i needed to go to the bank again. I come back at 3:56 pm and they are already closed. Bad enough that they arent even open till 5, but only 4 and then they even close early.Now i have yo wait a week again, until I can come back because some of us do not have bankers hours.Dear B of A…. You need to improve- a lot, here in Farmington!

The new management system is a great improvement. I was able to conduct my business in a timely manner with a professional and courteous staff.
