Stopped in today and Dave gave me excellent customer service and put my windshield wipers on for me. Thank you Dave!!
I like the reward system at AutoZone what I do not like is that they will talk to someone on the phone and help them while I am standing in the store waiting for help that is unacceptable. the person on the phone should get dressed getting their car and come down to the store like I did if they want to be served first!!!! Apparently it is company policy to answer people on the phone before people in the store.

I don't like writing reviews unless they're good reviews. Customer service is lacking, and I say this as someone who works in customer service and the mechanic field. Train your people better, and have some patience. I go to oriellys because I know I'm going to get the right part at the very least.

Bought kyb front struts here. It took 5 days and 3 visits to finally get just the right side. They never called me and their truck or someone decided to haul it away so we had to reorder it. It then didn't come on time so I came back on Monday and it was there but they never called me. Let's hope they didn't give me faulty struts.

Don't waste your time coming here. Went in hoping to get my AC recharged, no one cared to help or listen to what I was needing. Customer service needs work. Thank God for O'Reilly.

Ryan B. was absolutely helpful. My battery was "bad" and after Ryan ran the battery check, he was able to recommend a better battery than the one I had. When we were changing the batteries, one of the terminals broke from the corrosion, and Ryan was able to help me replace the terminal with a new one.This is extraordinary service, and if this how AutoZone trains their employees, they are a remarkable company!I'll def be coming back, and AutoZone has undoubtedly earned my loyalty.Incredible job Ryan!
