Awesome staff and amazing vet care by Dr B and Dr M. No one around is even willing to care for our pack but Dr B goes the extra mile to care for all our animals and give them everything they need!

Wanted to charge $150 for an urgent care appt but not get my animal in until next week? That is just to get in the door. Ridiculous how expensive it is with finding a vet around Farmington.

My dog went into seizures late on a Saturday evening. I called the emergency line twice and left two voicemails as my dog went from seizure to seizure without recovering. Thankfully another vet in town assisted me with my dog who ended up having to be euthanized after 17+ seizures. I NEVER received a call back from Animal Haven. I have been taking my pets there for 10 years. I am so disgusted I will not be returning.

They go above and beyond and ensuring that your dog is okay they are the most wonderful pleasant sweetest set of women I've ever met in my entire life this vet is top tier and if you need anywhere to go I recommend here it might be a day or two till they can get you in but they will get you in and they will help you they are amazing women ??

When my grandmother's dog needed medical attention, Animal Haven made time to see him. The price for urgent care was reasonable, they seen him the same day and he left with prescribed medication. Black Nose is my grandmother's baby, and she was very satisfied. Thank you Animal Haven!??

My cat died, you guys wouldn't see her cause they weren't a current client, a few hours after, do better as a clinic with emergency hours

My pug got a really bad cherry eye, and I tried to get him in here for four months. They kept saying “oh, we don’t do pugs,” (which makes no sense whatsoever) “we can’t get him in because it’s not that bad,” etc. By the time they decided they could get him in his eye had to be removed. They also had my parents spend over $2,000 trying to save their dog, and in the end they said they knew she wasn’t gonna make it from the get-go and literally killed her.

The vets are wonderful (they have gone over and above to help my animals on a number of occasions), but members of the front desk staff are awful. Wendy (front desk staff) is very rude and unprofessional to clients at this office. When I called for an appointment for my kitten Wendy informed me that if my kitten needed to come in I would have to get an emergency visit since they didn’t have any regular appointments available. She told me that I would have to pay the (I believe it was $160) emergency deposit over the phone before she would schedule the appointment. I asked her if I should just show up and wait to be seen (this was in the middle of a work day) and she said no, that she’d tell me what time to come in after I paid the deposit… I said, “so you can’t even give me an idea of what time I should arrive” and she said “no, not until you pay”. I asked if this was a new policy (because I’ve scheduled emergency appointments before and in the past I’ve paid the deposit in the office, not over the phone, and I was definitely told what time I should arrive at the vets office before paying! Wendy told me that “this had always been their policy.” This was either an unenforced policy or she was lying to me. Either way, Wendy was extremely rude, short tempered and unprofessional. In the end I asked her if she would have a vet call me back so I could ask them a question about the kitten’s condition (they had already seen this kitten several times) and she said “yeah, I’ll pass on a message but I’m sure they won’t call you back today”… well, that was Monday and today is Thursday and I still haven’t heard back from a vet. I assume Wendy didn’t pass on the message. A person with a temperament like Wendy should not be in charge of dealing with the public or scheduling appointments for sick pets. Pets are going to die because of her callous disregard for pets and for Animal Haven’s clients.

I called to get my little dog in. I take my other animals here as well. The dog is in need of immediate attention. The lady who answered was rude and said the next appointment was 2 weeks away. No offer for emergency services. Disappointing. Dog could die. I'll go somewhere else.

We had an emergency situation and left a voicemail for the doctor on call at number given. No one called back. We waited for an hour. No call back. We opted for a different clinic. That's very disappointing.
