Gave me two different patches, because they can, "not there fault" is there motto, save yourself the trouble and agree to the work in person, pictures are not accurate quality representation. They don't tell you of changes being made either, reason being I got two separate patches that I never agreed nor was I aware of.

After a misleading experience with an online order from a different establishment, I turned to Advertising Ideas. I was interested in getting Lanyards made. They helped me. I received my Lanyards and was happy with the quality. I have no complaints about that.My only dislike and complaint was the service. I felt like my business was not wanted. I voice that to one of the sales representatives. I was told two times that someone would get back with me about my order. No one did. A week later, I had to call. Then I was told I would get a email about my order. Again, I got nothing. I had to email persistently to get my order pushed through. This is my only negative experience I did not like.

Jonell is the absolute best to work with when ordering customized shirts! She is punctual, responsive, delivers (even with last minute changes made by the customer). I highly recommend this place!!! I cannot say how appreciative I am and how easy they were to work with!

Horrible experience and I was given a ridiculous charge for cancelling my order. I wasn't informed that i was going to have to wait an additional week for shirts to come in. What they embroidered on my team caps was NOT what I wanted at all, they get one star for trying to make it right by redoing the embroidery on my cap order. The sales person sure followed up by emailing and calling when I was interested in placing the order but it all went to sh*t after I paid to begin my order. Definitely will NOT recommend.

Advertising Ideas is a great place to order your custom clothes! I’ve had many shirts done by then from school shirts to shirts for Halloween costumes to Connie Mack shirts and they’ve always been awesome! The staff is very polite and helpful and they get things done quickly. I’d definitely recommend them!
