Service dept and service advisor Hector Medina have no communication or knowledge of warranty procedures or protocol. Advantage dodge is authorized service for the mechanical issues. Dropped my truck off. Not one call regarding diagnosis or paperwork needed after 8 days. I had to call warranty office 8 days later to find out they needed additional paperwork to authorize payment or even to find out what mechanical problem was. Left messages for my service advisor. No return call.Asked for service manager. No return call from him either. Day 10, Finally Hector calls me and tells me after numerous attempts calls and messages,that he waiting for warranty office. Warranty office says they awaiting call from him. They Even asked me to call him and give him the message to contact them!
he calls and claims he knows what's going on and tells me a different warranty company covering cost. Which was Not true. Warranty already sent out authorization and claims. Calls me back and says oh yes they are paying for repair but one component not covered, so i would have pay some cost out of pocket. In need of my truck. I agreed to pay. Next dayTruck finished but awaiting Hector because dollar amount not adding up??? and after a number of calls to service dept that no one answering the phone. Automated calls and no one is physically at advantage dodge. Remote people are answering phone service and can only send emails to people who are physically at service dept. No one telling why I can't pick up my truck now and my service advisor Hector is off and other advisors will receive "urgent" message and return my call. Called 4 times. Since 0800. Still waiting

Salesman, Mark Wilson was truly amazing. He worked with my grandson and I to get us the truck we wanted. The dealership was clean, all the employees were very nice, such a friendly, family environment. I will surely recommend this dealership and Mr. Wilson to my family and friends.

If there was an option for NO STARS I would have chosen that. I took my Jeep to have the oil changed. I waited for an hour and a half and then they told me it was ready to go! I got in and drove less than half a mile down 20th and smoke started coming out from under my hood... I pulled over and several people came out of the business because they thought my Jeep was on fire. I turned around and drove back to Advantage Dodge. Alisha came out and said she would take it to the back and get everything figured out. I waited another half an hour and they told me it was ready, once again. I went out and there was still smoke coming out from under my hood. They proceeded to tell me they spilled oil all over my manifold and that it just needed time to burn off. I told them that was not ok with me and asked them to take it back and clean it off better. They took it to the back again and they came back about 30 minutes later and asked if I had a spare set of keys to my Jeep? I told them that I do at my home (I live 45 minutes from the dealership). They then told me that they locked my keys inside my Jeep while it was still running... they told me they were using airbags to try to pry my door open to get the door unlocked. I pointed out that I had never removed the top from my Jeep and they better not tamper with the seal on my Jeep or else we would have bigger problems. They then got my VIN # and cut a new door key for my Jeep. When they finally came back they said that everything was good. I went out after spending over 3 hours there and my black Jeep was absolutely filthy because they apparently used a hose to clean under the hood but they also sprayed the whole front end and it was totally disgusting and dirty (not at all the way it was when I arrived that morning). I drove home and it was still smoking and smelled like burning oil...
Next, I received a text message telling me that if I had less than an EXCELLENT experience to please call Valentino and let him know. I called and left him a message (over a week ago) and he never called me back. I feel like the very least they could have done was to comp me the oil change and wash my vehicle but that was never even offered. Needless to say I will NEVER be back to Advantage Dodge. I would recommend that you take your vehicle anywhere but this place. They clearly do not care at all about doing a good job or treating their customers fairly.
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE AT ALL.

So I took my Jeep there to get serviced (oil change) and when I got my vehicle back I noticed a strange noise coming from where my cabin filter is, I made it aware to the service department and they said "it was already making that noise when I brought it in", Then about 3-7 days later the noise got louder so I took it back they checked it and assured me everything was fine. So about another 2 days later I noticed they never put the screws back in. The second time I went to get my vehicle serviced there at the end we did a walk around and on my receipt it stated they topped off my fluids and of course they did not. When leaving I noticed I was getting too much air and I pulled over I noticed they did not screw back in the air filter housing unit. I went back and complained they then apologized and gave me a coupon for the next service. So the third time I went back I thought I knew what to look for and it's been about a month since my service and I just now noticed my engine cover bolts are missing. This is frustrating that they hire techs that cant tell from their left to the right. How am I supposed to trust these people with maintaining my vehicle if they can't do simple tasks.
