I called and cannot speak to a human to ask a simple question. When I came in person, it wasn't busy and the clerk was very nice.

Really? No one can answer the phone? 25 menus to go through and none will allow me to talk to someone? And they say they're there to help? Same thing when I called a different one here in town, they seriously need to rethink their customer service. Just call it customer non-service. Tell it like it is.

Stephanie was very rude for being the Boss at Fairacres Post office. She has no customer service over the phone when I called to ask a question about an item that I received and not yet picked up. She kept telling me she can't go check to see if it's there. I was not asking her to go check if it was there, I was asking to see if I could come and pick it up on Monday cause they were about to close for the day since it is Saturday. She kept saying I can't go check and instead of helping she was trying to hang up the phone as I was still speaking. How can you have a Boss that is so rude to customers and her employees are so nice and helpful. I have been a customer since 1981 and sure miss old Boss that was there who was very helpful and showed empathy with his customers.

The best post office in Las Cruces. The Postmaster, David Mullens is always polite, remembering every local persons name. The clerks are efficient, friendly and super polite as well. Thank you USPS, for not closing this great location!
