“Del Norte CU recently upgraded their website. After several attempts on my part to upgrade to the new App I finally gave up and submitted an email requesting assistance. Within an hour I was contacted by the Manager of the Espanola Branch. Her name was Marina Rodriguez. She was the only person I spoke with (4 others prior to her) who knew what my concerns were with the new upgrade. She professionally walked me through the process on my Android phone. She is the most knowledgeable person regarding issues with setting up your puter or cellphone. Ask for Marina Rodriguez. Thank so much Marina. You made my day.Respectfully,Andrew”

“You ever walked into a bank with a million dollars, getting greeted like a celebrity or something? Well if not… go see Rayna Bustamante at Guadalupe Credit Union. Swear that’s how I felt! Helped me open a new account, transfer money from and between multiple accounts, and oh yeah all this was like 20 minutes before closing. She did not rush, complain, or make me feel like it was a bother. Her service was great to say the least! Thank you ??P.S. they have some neat cards to choose from.”

“Sean helped me with some accounts I had. He kept fraud from occurring and helped me put some stop payments for checks that were stolen. He is by far the best banking manager I have worked with. I was an employee of a different bank for 10 years and Sean treated me so well I moved my bank. The tellers were friendly and helped me with my first deposit. Sean gave me his personal business card and told me to call if I needed anything. He was really great with me and my husband! Thank you to the whole staff!”
