“What an awesome mechanic. Took my car in because the AC was just throwing out hot air. Called me 20 min later and said to come pick it up.Just had too much coolant. Charged me only $25. I paid him $40 just because he could of said it was something else and charged a lot more. Very honest man! I will continue to take my vehicles there.”

“I developed a large windshield crack while traveling to Taos for vacation. I called 6 different auto glass shops in Taos and Santa Fe, but either they couldn't do the replacement for 12 to 14 days, or they didn't call back at all. One shop owner in Taos told me about R&E glass in Espanola. They actually answered their phone and said they could get the work done in only 4 days. They were very pleasant and easy to work with, did a good job promptly, and worked with my insurance. Highly recommended!”

“Had my power steering pump replaced as well as a fluid flush. I did have to wait almost 2 weeks for the appointment but the technician made sure my vehicle was as safe as possible until then. I paid$312 less than my initial quote which says alot about the integrity of the business. “Garcia automotive was VERY helpful earlier this week when passing through on way to Colorado and critical engine light on Toyota Siena came on. Auto zone Dx equipment could only do check engine and not this sensors?. Other place couldn’t look at it as they were booked up. Garcia immediately checked w their computer Dx and nothing critical( ie oil pressure/electrical/cooling) and sent us on our way 250 miles later got home safelyThanks”

“COVID-SAFE- I was impressed with store clerk limiting customer to 5 in store at a time. He asked one guy to stop and wait outside- the guy initially hesitated like he wasn't going to go, but he did. The clerk also required ID for beer and use of debit payment. I'm way past 21 and it did not matter- I still showed ID.”

“Not the best at communicating with customers. I pulled up to a stall for an oil change/tire rotation & waited 45-50 minutes before someone finally waited on me. The garage was empty for 25-30 minutes of that time. Granted, it was a Sunday morning on 7/2/23 (holiday weekend sort of). Once they got me in, they did the o/c & t/r in decent time with decent quality work. As always, Wally's is the best value even if the wait time is confusing. It costs more to preform my own o/c. My Wally's lifetime tire warranty covers the rotation & balance which is excellent value for extended tire life!”
