I'm only giving the appointment four stars because there were issues with the company Dustin was having to deal with, otherwise he was informative, punctual, professional, courteous and efficient. The only problems were on the part of the business he was trying to troubleshoot the issue with, not him..he was great.

It took three days of waiting for the repairs to be made AFTER the scheduled time for the service call. The tech did a good job but it is unfair to ask me to wait and then not have a tech show up until 3 days later. I'm not pleased.

My Internet isnt working amd hasnt worked correctly ever. They won't come out and fix it but they are fast to call and demand payments. Its ridiculous

Daniel was incredibly considerate of my time. He was also very good with the dogs. I am president of the local animal rescue so there are plenty of them around. I wasn’t terribly comfortable having him in the house and he said he could check what he needed to check outside which he did and then we made test calls and everything seemed just fine. So we Talked about what could have been the issue last week. Particularly since we’ve been in an awful heat wave, it could be the heat is just causing problems at the local switchboard for lack of a better word. But everything seems fine and he was very kind. READ OTHER REVIEWS BELOW, THIS ISN"T JUST MY EXPERIENCE!AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! I've had to call Windstream repeatedly to get my internet to work. I pay about $80/mo for Internet that is ALWAYS cutting out and is by no means consistent. I had an online meeting yesterday for 1 hour and the connection dropped exactly 4 times during this meeting. I thought my problem would be addressed by Windstream today, who scheduled an appointment today 3:15-5:15pm and then they never show up. Apparently, my time IS NOT important to this company and if you do have a problem, they'll make you wait two weeks to see a technician and then they never show up. I don't know how much time I've spent on the phone waiting for a representative to address their incredibly slow and poor internet service. My sister, lives next door and pays for her own internet and is always complaining that her service is just as awful. If you like paying a premium for horrible, god awful service, use windstream.

I did not communicate with the technician but my phone service was on before the expected time and the tech did not even have to come into my house. He must have known what was wrong without even coming into my home or talking to me. Thank you for the quick service..

Had an appointment scheduled for sometime between 6:15-8:15 pm. Received a text that technician was on his way at 4:46 pm, at 5:51 pm received another text to rate how the appointment with the technician went, technician never showed up.

UNFORTUNATELY I can not give a zero! The technician was unable to even ring the door bell! Driving by our house without stopping; did not result in fixing our internet. Windstream closed our repair ticket--even though we spent the afternoon waiting for the repair.Calling and getting a code is worthless--why don't they have a dispatcher one can talk to? Our internet often goes out 1-2 times a day--when I don't have a circle going around showing it is loading when I try to watch a movie.

At first I was so turned off by the customer service I received from over seas and the poor communication and connection I waited on hold for 2 hours 1 day just to be hung up on over and over, until I was helped by a lady that was black, I could tell by her voice. And she was so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly and got me taken care of, and also the service technician was really great guy he had me connected so quickly my head spun. Sov5 stars goes to the service tech and the last 2 ladies that set me up but the initial 6 people I spoke to! ! For get about it !

We had a good experience with the technician today. He worked very hard in getting the Internet working properly and stayed to verify everything was working.Unfortunately, we had to wait 6 days for him to show up. I am sure that is a company issue which needs managementattention.

The technician came out and changed out the modem. He was professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it, he even helped me get the TV going.
