Enough ! We pay our bill on time for years now but every time there’s a technician in the neighborhood, somehow our internet gets cut off. Today was the worst. I was on a business call only to be have my internet suddenly cuts off.Thinking it’s an issue related to the weather, I proceed to head to the post office before it closes. Surprisingly, I found two men who work for Kinetic. One was named Jericho. I told them about my inherent issue assuming they’ll fix it. I come back from my errand and they ask to have access to my home, which I did. Only to be told by Jericho and its colleague that they didn’t cut off my lines, even though they admitted to have cut off some internet line while working on someone else’s. Anyway, I’m sick of tired of this company with technicians regularly cutting off my internet line.I won’t able to watch my favorite show tonight either. I received no apologies from Jericho or his colleague. Very annoyed and pissed ? for dealing with technicians. It happens too many times already !!!! ThanksUPDATE: My internet is yet back as promised. A manager came and lied to me that the internet will be back to today Fri 01/26/24 I went from 2-star to 1-star. Do NOT do business with this Company if you can. This is ridiculous.

The service is bad been with out internet for almost a month! They still have not done nothing about it! Worst service I have ever had! Do your self a favor... Try another internet provider!

I called to add a second router/account at my residency I called the 12 or 11 of December and the first service date was 12/15/23. On 12/14/23 I received a text message about our service dat being rescheduled to 12 /18/23. On 12/18/23 I received the confirm message and replied YES to it and was informed I would get another message when the technician was on her way. I never received a message that the technician was on her way. I know it was a girl technician because I used the link provided in the text to track the technician. When I opened the link it said her name and that she would be here by 2:30PM. I opened the link again a around 1:15PM and the time had changed to 1:30PM and she never arrived. I called the 1800 number to ask where she was at and when she'd be here because of burglaries in the neighborhood I have y dogs loose and the gate closed, so I informed them she would need to call us when she was at the gate so we could restrain the dogs and open the gate for her, and the person on the phone left the notes and assured she had not been to my home and she would get there by the end of the day and she never did. Now on 12/19/23 I call again and they state the technician came 5 times called another 5 times and no one answered so she left and canceled out ticket. We are now again for the 2nd time rescheduled for 12/28/23. The agents on the phone fail to give me an email or number to submit and oficial complaint form. Which if they provided good internet service in the first place we would not be requiring a second router/account in one house.

They are the worst company. What business says they’ll come to fix internet and never shows up. Several times it’s happened.

Exceptionally bad customer service and scheduling. I sat in my driveway for two hours waiting for a technician who claimed no one was home, and there are plenty of other similar stories here. Our service is extremely spotty, possibly because our home is older, but there is no point dealing with this company for a solution. Your complaints will be fielded by someone in a different state who frankly has no power and doesn’t care.Do yourself a favor and get NMSurf.

My Internet was down for a week ( ugh?) and one Windstream technician came out on Wednesday and problem was not resolved. I went into Windstream today on 03/28/2022 and Amanda ended up contacting me regarding the internet issue. She stayed here for four hours working on my Internet and she made sure the problem was fixed before she left. Highly satisfied with Amanda’s work!

I had nothing but problems with this company from the time I set up for installation to the time I cancelled the service. First, when I talked with a rep about setting up service he had trouble texting me a confirmation code. He tried 5 or 6 times but I didn't get them. He "pushed the service contract through" and said I'd get an email. 30 minutes after the end of the call I got every confirmation code he had tried to send and I got them all one after the other. I called twice over the next week to get the email which had never come. The first call I made 2 days later I was told "oh, it looks like it just came through to us" and I was told it would be in my email in 24 hours. Nope. I called 2 days later and finally got the email. On the day my service was supposed be installed I received a couple generic texts saying the installer would be arriving between 3:15-5:15. Embedded in the text was a phone number for questions and a link to track the installer. The installer NEVER showed up and NEVER called/texted. No surprise then when no one answered the service number or responded to any messages I left. The tracking link just gave me a check mark and "thank you". After calling many times I finally called and just hit the new customer extension. Guess what? They answer that one. I asked what happened and was told the installer cancelled the request at 6:30 pm because he didn't have a modem. When asked why no one contacted us the customer service rep didn't know. Needless to say I cancelled the service before I ever got it.

Awful service! Everytime it snowed or rains our internet crashes for days. Also we cannot make calls on our phone. All we hear is static. When we pick it up to dial, the phone says line in use no one is using the phone. Drives me crazy that we pay so much on the phone and it doesn't work all the time and we can't get credit. We call Windstream to give us credit and they refuse.
