Really busy for a Saturday afternoon around 6PM, lots of people, check-out lines were long (including self checkout). Don't usually like shopping at Walmart, but they're one of the only ones who carry Gardetto's rye chips so I came to grab a bag. Lots of produce and options, clearly signed so it's easy to find items.

Horrible!!! ZERO STARS, AVOID WALMART FOR ANY SERVICE. Ruined my vacation and my 100,000 mile warranty on my Brand new engine $6000, not to mention labor costs. 988 miles on new motor, taking it in for the very first oil change. Gave them oil filter and oil. Tech forgot to place oil filter on vehicle. Once he turned it on it pumped all 6qts out where the oil filter should have been, never pumped any oil into motor as the oil filters before it goes to motor. Walmart service manager said "oh, he double gasketed the filter" look at that 18 inch wide oil slick, that wasn't double gasket that was no oil filter. Oil was all down inside bay, down the stairs into the bay and around the service area until it ran out of oil. They proceeded to start the vehicle and move it back into the bay after they realized what they did. They placed some low grade filter and added 6qts of oil. If you run a 6qt motor dry, you will need ro add 6qts back to it. That's simple math. Ran the motor dry from the time they started it the first time, around the building, then restarted and moved it back into the bay. Now my motor clacks, and the 100,000 mile warranty is voided. Walmart said we would have to pay to have the motor torn down to prove damages. But that they won't do anything about it. So we are stuck with a clacking motor @1500 miles and 1 month old. Lost out on the $6000 plus labor cost. Now motor runs poorly. All the service techs inside said "oh no! Running it dry will ruin that new motor, OMG!" Walmarts claims said, sue us, we don't care, we will spend more money to fight you than the claim is even worth. We have the corporation behind us, you can't afford to sue us. I will never shop at Walmart or use their services. Steer clear of here...all the engine experts we have spoken to said that the motor will have internal scars from the parts heating up without oil.

We made an appointment for our tires to be mounted. When we showed up there were no cars ahead of ours. They told us it would be an hour so we walked around Walmart. After an hour and a half, we received a text saying our service had started. They took everyone who showed up ahead of us and pushed us to the last job before they closed. I'd rather pay the extra to go to discount tires next time. This walmart auto center sucks.

Worst experience ever!!! You can tell these super young employees are here for a check! It's easier to say "we don't carry that" when the website says you do! To The little girl in Electronics- learn your department!!! And offer assistance- back when I worked at Walmart (before you were born)- we provided Customer service!!!! To young cashier in the front-stay off your phone!!!! Again, when I worked at Walmart back in the day-we had scan so many items per minute!!!! We bought today I would've had the person out in no more than three minutes!!!!! Lazy Millennials!!!!!! You will never make in your own!!! Yes it's a good thing you started working at Walmart since you are teenagers!!! You may hit the salary cap by the time you retire!

This is the most poorly stocked Walmart I have ever been in! Pick a department. Sporting goods. Auto. Electronics. Terrible! Poor management!

I visited Española Walmart yesterday. I was overwhelmed with the excellent service from every single employee! "Ryan" in produce went above & beyond to locate fresh basil for me! I live in Los Alamos, Smiths could learn a lot from u all! I'll b back!

This Wal Mart is such a sad case. The lines are always long because there are so few cashiers, the few cashiers there are, are overwhelmed and their customer service suffers. Today I found an empty register and the lazy cashier with no sign or customers made every excuse to not cash me out. The store is often messy, and the paying customers get harassed to see their receipt. Wal Mart needs to step it up.

They answer the phone after 7 minutes of ringing. But instead of a person, you go straight to being on hold where you will remain until you finally hang up. Management should be replaced.

I usually go to this Walmart since this is the only supermarket within 35 minutes of where I live. But, I hate going here. The bathrooms are hardly ever cleaned. The women's toilets always reek of dead fish and p*** and there's a guarantee that blood or pee will be on the floor. When you call someone for the bathrooms to be cleaned no one shows up. Bathrooms aren't the only location with sanitary issues. Almost every location is filled with spilled soda, half eaten food, used tissues, and other nasty things. Employees know nothing about where anything is, which is the whole point of them being there. There are only about 3 cashiers at all times, even when the store is booming with people. Other shoppers at the store are rediculous. One day there was a group of children in the purse section eating unpaid for food and drinking drinks. After eating and drinking half of their items they threw all their stuff on the floor and left with their mother. There are quite a lot of creepy people there too. This store is just a nightmare. If you can avoid it, please do.

It's a Walmart, folks. It's big, it's clean, it has a familiar layout. This was a great place to pickup a charging cable on a roadtrip through New Mexico. $6, compared to $40 at the NM Airport.
