These storage units are completely secured, Very clean and very safe as there is multiple cameras throughout the property. Gates are closed and locked every evening. Sprayed for bugs and rodents I've never had an issue. They change the locks after each customer. Owner is very friendly.

I have rented from this business for probably 40 years and NEVER have I experienced bad customer service until the last couple of months. The manat the desk was so rude. Acted annoyed that I had gone in there and interrupted his personal phone call and annoyed that I was there at 9am. I just got an email saying they open at 9am. Pay by Debit, cash, or check. Who writes checks anymore???

I have had a storage with U Lock It Self Storage for over twenty years and my things have always been safe and secure. The previous review was not about U Lock It Self Storage but rather of U Lock It Mobile Storage. They are two different companies in the same building. There is a big difference between both companies and how they are managed. U Lock It Self Storage has cameras on site and you will always find the secretary or owner Monday thru Friday 9-5. I love this place they are awesome.

This place is cheap but I have come 30 miles to access my stuff 2 times and the gate was locked. One time I waited an hour and a half for someone to show up and unlock the gate. This was 3 pm-4:30 on a Thursday. Another time I waited 2 hours & no one showed up. Really poor.
