They claimed this is “Sams” snappy lube and not snappy lube so they wouldn’t take the online coupons that their webpage linked too… I would have just gone to Jiffy lube had I have not been mislead

I went in and i told this young kid i wanted an oil change he tells me it would be $120 im no mechanic but never in my life have i ever paid $120 for an oil change and im sure as hell i won't start now, so i went elsewhere. And my brother went in last month and only paid something like $57 around there. Its ridiculous you can even trust a business these days

I had two oil changes this week. Diesel super duty and Toyota 4runner. The technicians are polite and efficient. Great experience. They answered the phone and my questions professionally. Recommend!

I got my oil changed at this place for the second time and this time was the worst mistake I made! The workers didn't do the job right and the oil filter did not get screwed on so the oil leak out all of it and almost blew the motor to my car and I live out of town so my car had no oil in it. I had to purchase my own oil. I contacted the manager and he told me he would replace the oil I bought and replace the oil change and that's it he did not refund me for the oil change. this was the worst oil change ever I will not be returning back to this Snappy Lube in Espanola!Update my car is now broken the oil leaked onto the EVM . Now I have to take it in to a Chevy dealer.
