The good thing about 365 storage is the lady who works from home answering calls she is great,patient, helpful,and never rude MARY is her name the only one who has been there.THANK YOU MARY, the storage place is not easy to find your number there all outta place have to look hard for your unit not in order at all, there was a big nasty bed on mine like someone was sleeping in it I had to pull it out and it was heavy and gross,

I live in Santa Fe and this facility is a little out of my way, but otherwise it met my needs well: good cost to value ratio. There's a manager who lives on site, so it feels secure as well.

Received a brand new storage unit, that is very secure and well insulated. The monthly rate is great and customer service is very responsive.

Very clean new storage space in a secure location with beautiful views of the mountains. Easy online billing, great monthly rate. Owner does not increase rent after a few months, unlike most other storage facilities.

You do not have 24 hr access to this unit. You are only allowed access to your things when they say you can otherwise the psycho living on the property will threaten to shoot and kill you. We never hot to move in and now they keep trying to bill us for the unit. Biggest scam ever!!
