I went early to get what I needed (drove 40 miles) and come home. I waited 45 minutes for someone to help me with flooring and no one ever came. girl at customer service kept paging and nothing. I walked the store to find someone to help and only 2 guys around yet neither could help me. The flooring items were a big mess all over the floor. If I could have found what I needed I could have asked customers to help load but items was on top and need equipment to get down. So disappointing that store like Lowes could be so messy and have lack of people to help.

Do NOT shop here if you need an appliance. Loews contracts with a 3rd party to install and they are totally incompetent . I bought a washer / dryer In April 2023 . The dryer was not installed because it came with a huge dent. The washer was installed but created a huge flood all over my laundry room, kitchen and bathroom . After wet vacuuming it , you could still see a bit of water under the floor . I had to call the Paul Davis Company to install a contractor's dehumidifier. That cost almost $1,OOO . I put a property claim into Loew's and no one has called even though it was supposedly " escalated" . I paid with a Loew's credit card and Loew's was trying to blame the third party ( who they hire ) !! It is truly outrageous . And the story gets worse , both machines were returned and now Loew's cannot account for them!!! I bought from a local store ( thank you Appliance Plus In Taos )and have had no problems at all . Sure, it was more expensive but it could save you so much time and stress . I will always shop local after this nightmare. Judith V

I've been here once and that is more than enough what a mess of a store. Management should be like wow we have 37 one star reviews maybe we should read these and see what we can improve on. I know it's slim pickings out in Esponola so hence why they will never change but if you can I would go elsewhere.

If you're looking for a bad time, try ordering something from Lowe's in Espanola for delivery or pickup. Had a bathroom vanity delivered that had a cracked countertop. Ended up buying another countertop since it would've taken 3 months to get a new comparable vanity. Lowes did nothing to offset the extra 400 dollars for the additional countertop. Ordered retaining wall blocks and had a scheduled delivery date... day passes with no delivery. No calls or nothing from Lowe's. I wait 5 days and reschedule the delivery. Call Lowe's customer service on the second delivery day. They assure me that the blocks are on a truck and going out for delivery. The blocks were not delivered and no calls or anything from Lowe's. Do not use this store if you need anything delivered.

This Lowes is the worst. Customer service is horrible, when you are able to get someone on the phone they generally don't know what they're talking about or just lie to get you off the phone..This is one of the only options that will deliver to our location so you have to try to deal with them. We've ordered from them twice for delivery, items that are too large to pickup from the store. Both times the process was an absolute nightmare. Their inventory is off, so even if it says available online, good luck. Their delivery system is an absolute mess, you can schedule a delivery day but there's about a 10% chance that you'll actually get it delivered on the scheduled day. This store is hands down the most awful retail experience you can imagine.

.... that's it... last time I am going to Lowe's in Espanola... zippo customer service, went to customer service desk to ask them to get someone to garden area, waited 10 minutes ... and of course no one ever showed up. The place was filthy, boxes everywhere, impossible to get down the aisles because open boxes and stuff piled all over... so done.

This lowes is the only big hardware store near where I live. I've used it a lot. Absolutely the worst lowes I've ever used. which puts it high in the running for one of the worst stores overall...Stock is mixed, stuff is missing, stuff isn't stocked, parts and materials strewn across the floors, management is like leprechauns (a myth), emergency exits blocked, I could go on...I have met some excellent staff there that really tried to help. thank you to them. funny story... I have twice taken a nap waiting for management to come unlock the back door or waiting for a forklift operator... a good nap too. not just a snooze. full on twitching and dreaming. I'm probably lucky I didn't get rolled.

Stopped In for some pellets for my smoker, it's time to do a brisket again. I like the competition blend snd there weren't any on the floor, however there were two pallets on the top shelf. We asked for some help, and it took about 10 minutes for a crew to arrive with a fork lift and make it happen.

We placed an online order for pickup to avoid the crowds after Christmas. The order was placed for this specific store for pickup. Later in the day, we went to pickup the order. It was not ready as they were shorthanded that day but all items on the order were in stock and would be gathered for the next day. An email confirmation was also sent showing the order was ready for pickup. When we went to pick up the order at the store, we were told only 3 of the 7 items were in stock at the store. There was no option to get the remaining items brought in or picked up at another store. Not sure what will happen with our payment since our order was paid for up front. It was really disappointing to be told twice all items were available but then they weren't. I'm not sure where the problem with this order is. However, the online order for store pickup option does not work well, at least at this store. Won't be shopping here again.
