“They usually have what I need even though they’re a smaller store. People are very helpful and it’s much easier to get in and get out then some of the big box stores. Also, the merchandise is nicely organized. Some of the big box stores are a mess and it’s hard to find what you need.”

“Stopped In for some pellets for my smoker, it's time to do a brisket again. I like the competition blend snd there weren't any on the floor, however there were two pallets on the top shelf. We asked for some help, and it took about 10 minutes for a crew to arrive with a fork lift and make it happen.”
“Many people complain about the employees but the problem is the corporation pays them so poorly and doesn't hire enough people so the hard-working Employees can't help us as much as they would like. Let's put the blame where it belongs. Oftentimes they make their employees work a double shift because someone else called in sick.”
