Friendly staff, but expect a LONG wait time if you just walk in without an appointment. Had a screw in my tire, waited, and waited 90 minutes to get it repaired, and they weren't super busy.

My experience with Point S and immediate staff is beyond stellar.
Had work performed on my truck that included the install of tires all around and front struts. Being it is a Ford F150 it should run smooth as silk. Well after work performed I noticed a vibration on the steering between 45 & 60 mph so I returned to raise the concern, the folks at Point S identified the issue and resolved it immediately without hesitation. It was identified that one of the tires was manufactured with a defect and was replaced without any additional cost.
The Professionalism, Knowledge and Friendliness is beyond any other auto oriented business which I have ever experienced.

Very friendly and helpful people here. I got a flat in the middle of 10 hour drive not far from here and I got to them about an hour before the closed. The people there we soo helpful and so kind even though it was at the end of their day. They got me in right away and was so quick to help me and do whatever I needed! I was back on the road less than an hour later! I am very grateful for the folks here and I would greatly recommend if you’re in the area!! Thank you Cindi and the whole Point S team!!!

We had a flat on our new car! 2,000 miles but hit a pot hole. Everybody at Point S was helpful and knew what they were doing. They checked everything right away and were very kind and helpful. We were very lucky to have our flat near their store. When we need to replace all four tires we know exactly where to go. While we were there we saw other customers with problems too. Point S treats everybody very kindly. Thank you Darcel and Dennis and the guys who were so careful dealing with our issue.

I went for an alignment and was told I needed new center links amongst many other things. However, I just had the center links and tie rods changed, so I know I didn’t need them. Took it to another mechanic, just to make sure everything else was fine and was told the truck didn’t need anything that was suggested by Point S. Be careful because they are trying to sell you things you may not need.

I recently purchased a set of rims. The rims were bent from the manufacturer. Dennis and his employees went above and beyond to resolve, repair, and replace the issues. I had stopped coming here as a result of previous ownership, bad experiences, and poorly executed work. I now highly recommend them and will continue to bring my vehicles here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend this place. The owner is a great person, and Darcel in the front took such good care of me! Very fast, professional and exceptional customer service (which isn't always easy to find).

And of course never owning up to mistakes by saying the services weren't performed at there shop typical
Got a oil change and alignment and balance now my tires are cupping. Not to mention the guy at front desk was rude and also hit my door on the lift then proceeded to hit my door twice more to show me the lift was padded. Never bringing my truck here again

Point S Tire & Auto are more than a tire store. They exceed expectations, along with providing quality service.They actually care and treat you like family. I’m very thankful for Dennis and Darcel going above and beyond.This will always be my go to place when I am in need of tire repairs. I highly recommend them for any and all repairs!
