The older lady who works at this business is always very kind and helpful. However, the younger woman who dresses half naked was absolutely rude and dismissive. I noticed I was not the only individual who was treated this way. I recommend firing her as I will not be returning to this location due to this very reason. After shopping at this specific location almost every other day, it is sad to feel uncomfortable to the point of not returning due to only one disrespectful employee. If you are that miserable at work and the customers are affected because of that, you should consider working from home or finding a job that does not require your interaction with other humans. I do not have this issue or experience anywhere else. When you say nothing but kind things "hope all is well" "thank you" "how's your day going so far" etc, and get no response and a rude attitude, there's a problem. As I said previously, the older woman who has been working at this location is always very kind to me and my wife. It's sad to see one person spoil so many people's mood because they are inherently miserable. If you're so upset working at the dollar store, then do better in life. It's not our fault that you are stuck working there every day. Maybe if you worked on your people/communication skills, you wouldn't be in a miserable position in life. You should learn from your other employees regarding people skills. Or become a janitor. Janitorial work may be best for you as your miserable attitude won't affect others as much.

Always have issue with one cashier who loves to associate with customers and views them as friends only this is a work place and it should be cut short when the line is building up more than several people she should call for assistance only I have no problem letting her know she has a line and I’m not willing to stand and wait till she’s done leaning in and talking almost like there is no one else in line or in the store for that matter it’s been on gouging for a year since I have shopped there and worked there she never listened. I will continue to speak up and get that line going cause I came in for a few things took me a few minutes I’m in line longer that it took me to walk around and get these items .Andrea I hope you read this and keep us all in mind not just from myself but for those who don’t speak up.

This might be the best dollar tree I've ever been too. The staff is so nice and helpful. If something isn't in stock they look in the back for me and answer all my questions. It's also super organized someone is always cleaning too it's neat and tidy. It's also never crowded and they check you out really fast. Sometimes when they are out of stuff they let me know when it will be back in stock! So nice :)

Do not ship here unless you want cockroach infested merchandise. District manager Dominka Trujillo acknowledges that her store is in a dangerous neighborhood and has taken pictures and videos of drug deals taking place outside and has called the police so many times for theft but yet refuses to hire any type of security and says that employees are fine and can handle themselves. I used to work here as an assistant manager and was slapped in the face by a thief when i stopped them and told them to pay for their stuff. Called the police and reported it but Donald Hamilton told the police that the cameras weren't working and that he had no access to them as the STORE MANAGER so nothing was done about it. You also have an assistant manager named Esther who is going to get this store sued for discrimination and profiling anyone that looks homeless to her. She also refuses to come into the store to help out when needed simply because she doesn't want to leave her house because she "lives to far away" despite coming into the store to pick up baked good that she had sent to the store on her behalf. I could complain about so much more that happens at this store but sadly I know nothing will be done about it because everything that goes wrong is the fault of someone else instead of their own. I wonder if corporate knows that they have a store manager that never completed his REQUIRED store manager training hours and has never been fired or reprimanded or that their district manager was allegedly being investigated for embezzlement and fraud?

Managers can't make it on time to open the store for posted store hours. Sat in the car for 20 minutes and watched them lose multiple customers because their doors were still locked.

Do you need to just buy one or two things well come in to the dollar tree and leave with the whole store.. CUZ YOU CAN NEVER JUST BUY 1 OR 2 THINGS!!

This location is one that I shop at frequently as it is close to my home. The store is always restocked and clean. I shop here for snacks and holiday items (decorating items) and items that are okay if they are off-brand. Other than that, I go to the big box retailers for food and brand name items. I often stay away from the frozen food area which are a let down like 90% of the time.
