Was great when it first opened in Espanola, but customer service has progressively declined, year by year, since then.Typically wait on hold longer than 15 minutes to speak with pharmacy (sometimes more than 30 minutes). Supposedly have a mail delivery confirmed, only to call a few days later and find out they failed to process it. Received text that prescriptions are ready to pick up, only to arrive in person and find out one hasn’t been filled, yet, but will be ready in an hour . . . so wait an hour or have to return on another day with Easter of your time and gas.Do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone at this time, unless they make significant improvements to their customer service!

Charles was of great service and made sure we were taken care of the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It's super appreciated because most places don't care that you're even there to shop.

As others have said, if I could give a rating of zero stars, I would. I waited on hold for 45 minutes to try to get through to cancel my order. I now have to drive 20 miles into town to cancel my order so that a different pharmacy, who does answer their phone, can fill my prescription.

This store has the worst pharmacy customer service I have ever seen. Employee are rude and do not help you. They do not answer phone calls or fill prescriptions timely. Take your business elsewhere!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff was incompetent and extremely rude. I waited in line for an hour and they wouldn’t take 30 seconds to hand me the bag with my sick child's medicine in it. It’s prepaid all they had to do was hand me the bag and let me sign. And now my daughters infection will spread to her kidneys and cause permanent damage because they wouldn’t take 30 seconds to hand me the bag of medicine that they had in their hands. They just ruined my daughters life, selfish, greedy, rude, incompetent staff. Awful experience, I will never go back. Truly deplorable human beings. I have never been treated so rudely. They don’t care one bit about their patients, they don’t care that they just cost a child her kidneys. None of the pharmacy staff should be in there his profession. They were intentionally rude and unhelpful and laughed when I was upset about the damages they caused to my daughter. They should all be fired and never work in this field again. Every other customer in line had a problem. Everyone left without their medications. Never ever go there.

There are some people who work there who do a good job. But too many simply don't care or are simply mean. Right now I am hold for 44 minutes waiting for someone to answer. It is the evening shift and they just don't feel like answering. But they have had a prescription for more thirty six hours and for some unknown reason have not filled it. Their online app is useless -- it will tell me the prescription will be ready soon -- but it isn't. And they won't answer the phone. So tomorrow I will have to drive there a second time and ask them in person to fill the prescription -- this is the second time I will ask. If I am lucky, one of the decent employees will be at the counter and after I wait an hour or two, I will get the prescription. How a previous reviewer got something in half an hour can only be called a miracle.I have filled out the CVS review form on this pharmacy several times. I check that I would like to talk to someone. I never get a call. I give them one star, because a zero is not allowed/

The pharmacy is friendly,the front end employees cashiers/ECT are not very friendly at all or helpful,there's only like 2 customers in whole store they act like as if the store had a crowd,lol,only pharmacy is busy and still they show respect to customers.just saying .

I really liked switching over to this pharmacy, but just had a really bad experience. I really needed to get my prescription out. I checked their hours online and it says they're open until 10PM. I got there at 7PM and they were closed. An employee told me they close at 6PM.Why can't they get their hours straight online? This really created a big problem for me.

I’m able to find everything I need in the store quickly. The wait time for checkout is always reasonable, and the customer service has been EXCELLENT. I prefer to shop at CVS over the other stores in our town. Thank you for providing a comfortable and kind shopping experience!

Vanessa, one of the pharmacists, does an absolutely outstanding job. She has always gone above and beyond to advocate for me and my medications, making sure that I have them when I need them. And she does all this while incredibly busy. She always takes the time to address my issues personally. It's the best service I have ever gotten from any pharmacy anywhere. Vanessa, keep up the good work. You're a Rockstar girl!

That manager that’s always there, really needs to check her attitude and her fly mouth.Cuz if not, bet someone gonna do it for her.I swear every time I go in there and she’s there I have to ask myself if I’m ready to go to jail that day or not. That’s how bad it is.

I needed a 1-time pickup since I was away from my home pharmacy. The person handling the drive thru was very helpful and nice. I had my rx within 30 minutes, including the transfer time from my regular CVS. Thanks!!
