This is by far the worst CVS I've ever been in. Unfortunately, it's one of the only options in Española and so I've gone back out of necessity and convenience but it looks like Walmart for me moving forward. The place has no shopping carts or baskets and no, it's not a fluke. They've stopped replacing them because they just get stolen apparently. How you're expected to shop without a basket is a mystery to me. To make the experience even more customer unfriendly, everything is locked up! Not just more expensive items like batteries and razor blades but almost everything. It's bizarre! You need an associate to get anything... from body soap to blush. What is supposed to be a place for quick shopping becomes a massive ordeal when you need to call an associate to unlock all the items you need. If they are struggling with that much theft that everything is locked up, they should consider hiring a security guard or perhaps just close the store if they can't afford to do that.

There are some people who work there who do a good job. But too many simply don't care or are simply mean. Right now I am hold for 44 minutes waiting for someone to answer. It is the evening shift and they just don't feel like answering. But they have had a prescription for more thirty six hours and for some unknown reason have not filled it. Their online app is useless -- it will tell me the prescription will be ready soon -- but it isn't. And they won't answer the phone. So tomorrow I will have to drive there a second time and ask them in person to fill the prescription -- this is the second time I will ask. If I am lucky, one of the decent employees will be at the counter and after I wait an hour or two, I will get the prescription. How a previous reviewer got something in half an hour can only be called a miracle.I have filled out the CVS review form on this pharmacy several times. I check that I would like to talk to someone. I never get a call. I give them one star, because a zero is not allowed/

Still the worst customer service ever I have even talked with the manager and she can't get the pharmacy to call me back. Don't waste your time

I needed a 1-time pickup since I was away from my home pharmacy. The person handling the drive thru was very helpful and nice. I had my rx within 30 minutes, including the transfer time from my regular CVS. Thanks!!

If I could give a negative 6 I would. They texted me that I had a prescription ready. I wasn't sure what it was but since I couldn't get an answer on the phone I drove the 26 miles to the store. I was told it was ready but they refused my insurance so I asked them to transfer the prescription( that has 3 more refills)to the local pharmacy who takes my insurance and they said sure no problem. I went to the local pharmacy and found that not only had they not transferred the prescription they had marked it as inactive in their CVS internal system and flat refused to transfer it meaning I couldn't get a needed prescription. It's the drug that allows me to urinate so I kinda need it. I politely asked to speak to the head pharmacist, was put on hold for 15min and then disconnected. This puts me in a bind as now I have to go back to the doctor, get a new prescription, and drive another 26 miles each way to pick it up because now I'm out of it. In the past I had used them but when I presented my GoodRx number that said I would be charged x amount when the jr pharmacist brought it to me it was exactly double the GoodRx price. This CVS has a collection of impolite, unfriendly people working there and I will do my very best to deride them at every opportunity.

They have seriously messed up 5 of my prescriptions in 6 months and I get 90 day supplies so I only go every three months. They refuse to answer their phone. They are extremely rude and difficult. I would avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience. They consistently switch medication for the generic on every refill and claim there's no way to change it. Have to go multiple times before actually getting the proper medication. Gave them one final chance and called before picking up the refill and was told everything was good, but upon arriving they had messed it up YET AGAIN and actually tried to talk me into taking a different medication(not even the generic of what I take but something completely different) so I had to come back a different day AGAIN Take your prescriptions somewhere else where they actually care about getting it right.

very difficult , if not impossible, to contact pharmacist by telephone, Have tried for three days, 1/2 hour or more each time to ask if the flu shots are in. Have driven to the store three times to be told they jut ran out. Very time consuming and frustrating.
