One star is due to the drive-up ATM located on 322 Riverside Dr. I presume there’s an auto-shutdown on ATM machines if they malfunction or possibly run out of cash to dispense?? Not the ATM machine at this location nor is there a contact phone number, for customers to call for assistance/issues located anywhere on the machine.I tried to use the ATM on 7/28/21 to make a withdrawal and was met with the continuous whirring sound of the machine attempting to count out the funds. The noise continued with a message on the screen prompting me to take my money and receipt. EXCEPT I couldn’t take the money or receipt because, although there was a little green light flashing, the little door that is supposed to open so the customer (that’s ME) is able to retrieve their money WAS COMPLETELY CLOSED, SHUT, NOT OPENING!!!Then a message pops up on the ATM screen alerting me the transaction has been cancelled and my account hasn’t been charged. WHEW!Next, I watch as the receipt slides out and I reach out to grab it only to read the message....WITHDRAWL $xx FROM CHECKING TRANSACTION COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY.Nope, there was no success on this transaction, NONE AT ALL!!I even tried a lesser amount thinking that maybe the machine was getting low, no money given!!I will be at the bank first thing when they open so that can correct the error of their ATM immediately.Because as the ATM footage will show, Me sitting there waiting to get my money and then sitting on the phone forever with the issuer of my debit card and then some strong expletives as they give me a response that was less than acceptable regarding the amount of time they need investigate and to get the money back in my account.

ATM not working for person in front of me and gave me an error when finishing transaction. Really needed to withdraw cash and puts me in a bad spot.

My wife walked in to open a checking account. She was assisted by someone named Brittany (or Brittany) who, with lots of attitude, told my wife she'd have to wait until a banker was available. My wife asked how long the wait would be and the associate rolled her eyes, at this point my wife walked out and decided not to do business here.
