I have had Boost Mobile for years. Have had uneventful service. It slows to a crawl during peek hours was my only complaint previous to this review. Boost is doing an upgrade on their tower. They did NOT notify their customers prior that we would not have ANY SERVICE at all for weeks. It has now been 2 weeks with NO SERVICE and they cannot give me a timeline as to when service will be restored but they are still charging me my monthly bill!!! Customer service finally made me an offer to give me a whopping $50 credit! I am now looking for a new cell service. You should NOT treat your customers this way. People need their phones for more than Google. I have a business, medical issues, a teenage son who is home schooled and uses the hot spot for school. You should have given me warning so I could make other arrangements!
