“The Bank of the Southwest made a very smart move in their hiring some years ago, and by hiring the incredible superstar bank employee, Laura, who also subs at their Truth or Consequences branch to help out and teach new employees, they get credit for the reason I will not leave this bank. Laura has all of the old banking customer skills including loyalty and going the extra mile for customers that made banking an honorable profession and service. Laura has skills and ability that bring her merit score to 10 stars, but since Yelp won't let us go beyond 5 stars, the bank gets 5 stars and applause for hiring Laura.
