I love Edgewood but this pharmacy is not helpful. My wife had an Urgent care visit and had medications sent to this pharmacy. I waited an hour and a half before even starting to drive there to give them some time to process the order. I get there and they were polite, but said it would be an hour before the order was ready. Not a big deal, I waited in the parking lot for an hour then checked again. Again, polite employee, but now it's going to be another 2 and a half hours for the prescription! I'm on my lunch trying to take care of an easy errand for my sick wife and now I'm having to hope when I go back again on my time they aren't going to run me around the excuse wagon again. If it was going to take that long just tell me the first time please. I guess the only thing better about Albuquerque is the pharmacies that can fill a prescription quickly.

Went to pick up prescription for my daughter who just got out of the hospital just put of surgery and we go to drive up window... encounter the most non Professional Pharmacy tech named nevah., we pulled Gave the names of the percription and she rolled her eyes dropped the phone answered very snotty ...we asked her was the percription that they were out of snd she Gave us the name but not what it was gor and when my daughter asked she had an additude ...my daughter confronted her and she threw the phone down and the very nice pharmacist took over her job which she is not good at NO CUSTOMER AT ALL NOT HELPFUL SNOTTY AND RUDE ...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE CALLING MANAGEMENT ANOUT HER .... SO RUDE

Easy to accommodate walk-ins. I couldn't make my yearly fall vaccines. Informed me of the ETA of the covid vaccine and got the flu in about 15 minutes (both of us)

Kamron, from the Pharmacy, (sorry if I misspelled that), is so incredibly rude. His behavior and attitude reflects that of a person who is being forced to "work", without pay.Insult to injury...he has his energy drink in his hand the entire time, gulping big swallows, while mumbleing incoherently behind a protective partition. Than rolls his eyes at the customer for not hearing him correctly. WOW.

The pharmacist at the Edgewood NM location thinks she's better than a prescribing physician and refused to fill the rx! Talk about gross arrogance and negligent behavior! The FDA has approved antivirals for children under the age of 12! My daughter is 16 with numerous risk factors and needs the antiviral for COVID-19. Shame on Walgreens and shame on "her highness" Khara P!

I just found today that there is no guarantee that a pharmacist will be on duty from Thursday to Sunday. So this week better plan ahead since they won't put this on their website.

I like the pharmacy in Edgewood! I have found that the pharmacy is better than most other ones in Albuquerque.

Avoid going here if you can, there are other options in Edgewood. Incompetent, rude employee's at the pharmacy, Agree with all other reviews here. Don't give your hard earned money to a place that doesn't give good service and respect in return.

Worst Walgreens EVER. when Mays Pharmacy closed we were told my brother's RX record had been transferred to this location. He had a traumatic brain injury so he gets confused with these types of situations, I often have to play interference on his behalf. Walgreens told me they didn't have the script, that all Mays record went to Smith's, didn't even bother checking on their computer. Smith's said they didn't have it either, same as Walmart, nothing. Called his doctor and was told Walgreens had it and they had sent it over a week prior. Called Walgreens, took 30 minutes to talk to someone, was told they did in fact have it but didn't have any mediation in stock....so basically they had the prescription for a week and didn't bother to order the medication until I called and forced them to go their due diligence. All I have to say is, shame on you Walgreens, on top of everything else I was treated badly on a professional level.

I have two insurances that pay everything for me and I have had one for 10 years and the other for 8 years. Today I found out I keep getting charged full price for all prescriptions I get there. I know this because my wife works at a local clinic and always tells me the price before I go. I also had a representative on my headset from my primary insurance company while I was there and he told me the prices over the phone. An order that was $18 with one insurance, because they refuse to bill both, was supposedly over $100 to begin with. I am however going to keep going there because an employee was incredibly rude to me tonight and I will not give them the satisfaction of transferring my family's prescriptions.

Always have so much trouble with this pharmacy, not Walgreens in general, just this Walgreens. Wait on hold for 20 minutes only to have them hang up so you have to call back and take your place at the back of the line again, techs who answer generally have a snotty patronizing tone matter the circumstance. Just this morning called and asked if they had received a refill from my doctor, was told no, called my doctor and was told they sent it over to Walgreens DAYS ago, called Walgreens back and was then told to call back later because they are doing vaccinations and aren't looking at anyone's prescription info..... SPEECHLESS. it's going to be a long weekend due to labor say and I need to make sure you have my prescription because I run out tomorrow....hard no. Sopeechless again, called another Walgreens in Albuquerque, they answered my question in less than 30 seconds, they did have the script....

I just wanted to refill my RX’s . I called was placed on hold for 40 min and when someone answered I said hello & they hung up on me. So, I had to call back and start over. When I reached someone they were rude & annoyed with me. I have used Walgreen’s’s for years & I have never been treated this badly. I tried to order my meds online but kept having trouble so I called to ask for help. You guys need to treat people better this kind of behavior is unacceptable!

If you schedule an appointment, they don't care. You will not be seen! I scheduled 2 weeks out, showed up early, checked in and sat for 2 hours. They said come back later. Unprofessional as it comes!

They are very busy in pharmacy as both Mays Pharmacy and Walmart closed so they are the only one in East Mountain area.
