Ordered #11 club double meat Paris 3.00 more, roast beef and Cheddar double meat extra cheese and avocado. My other two sandwiches were fine the steak and cheese but none of them where toasted like requested. I called when I noticed but live 20 mins away and it was 15 mins till closing he didn't believe me when I called saying "huh really, well I'm about to close come in and I'll put double meat" I let him know I couldn't go back in time before they closed. He stated his manager would be in tomorrow and talk with her and to bring in the sandwiches... " I'm a working mom of three and cant just tell them don't eat the food ?. Hopefully the manger can resolve it tomorrow ?Update:The manger Victoria was super nice and understanding and was able to get it all fixed up! Thank you!! ?

Attention Owners, if you even read these posts. It would be fun to see how long it takes for a response, maybe in an alternate reality. I have yet to read one, good or bad!Please look at your management, their training, and their ability to bring a working team together. The worst experience comes from a horrible person bringing their negativity into work with them and delivering it in the overall experience and food quality, especially when they don’t have the required skills due to your part as an owner and your management team.Shame on you for ignoring your customer base and your employees! I have seen the inability to respond or care. Just thumb through the comments.My complaint:1. App orders are ignored by staff, took 30 minutes past the ready time and 45 minutes after the order time2. Staff don’t work as a team assisting each other; I have my job, you have yours, type of attitude3. Sweeten the deal for your mistakes with cookies; I would have said no if the person I sent in agreed; this doesn’t change the errors that occurred or the attitude received4. Staff having a nasty attitude towards customers, especially when overworked and not enough staffing for the day or time of the dayReally? When will you be responsible for your customers and staff and not your bottom dollar?

It was great, quiet, and the customer service wasn't bad. The sandwich could of been a little better but I would go again. For sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 of 3 sandwiches made correctly, when placed online. This is actually a good visit as it is usually 0 sandwiches made correctly. The employee shows zero remorse for not reading simple instructions. The manager obviously does not care as this has become the norm for this location.

Olevia is rude she needs to be re trained in her customer service maybe actually pay attention to the videos and not be such a C u next Tuesday highly disappointed all my daughter wanted was extra pickles on her sandwich and it turned into a big old ordeal about it never had an issue within the last 8 years of coming here if you hate your job that bad quit and go find somewhere else to work at I'm sure there's plenty of other businesses that could use a lousy employee such as her
