I have been a client for 3 years. I was very disappointed this tax season. I was a couple of weeks away from the deadline for my 2021 tax filing. I left voicemail for over a week with no return call. After I finally reached someone on the phone I was told to drop off my documents the day before the deadline. When I arrived at their office nobody was there. They didn't even call me. They seemed completely unconcerned about getting my return filed on time.I will never do business with them again.
