Very rude inept staff failed to provide ride to airport took a entire day to diagnose problem took way too long to repair and then caused a check engine light issue with tire sensor and tried to charge me for repair! Your Quick Links in Albuquerque is fast and very customer oriented. This one in Edgewood so far is not. I brought my Escape in Monday and I was the first in line and here I am today after being told that the work may not even be done by tomorrow. 3 days plus is not quick! I had the problem diagnosed (scan) by my regular mechanic and he said it would only take an *hour or two but he could not get to it until next week, so I thought going to Rich Ford was a better option since we needed the car for a trip starting on Thursday. boy was I wrong. *For about $300

I'm stranded on road trip and was initially told they won't look at my truck for 5 days with no attempt to escalate priority for travelers. Update: John the Service Manager really came through. He was able to help me get back on the road!

With all the challenges that are going on now days, the salesman went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted, he gave me 3 choices (from what I told him) and I was able to choice the one I wanted with no pressure, Rich Ford gained a new customer and I will tell my friends to go here and be treated fairly and they will work to get you the vehicle you want!

Dealing with the Edgewood NM staff was so much more pleasant than in Abq. My sales rep, Ryan Franklin was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and strives to make you happy.The Manager John and Finance Mgr Chris helped smooth things out. If you want to buy a Ford then I highly recommend the Edgewood NM location not Abq. You still have access to the full inventory in Abq. Whatever you do, take most of their ads with a grain of salt.

While shopping for a car with my Daughter back in May we experienced some not so friendly sales people in Albuquerque at the Ford dealership. We decided to try Edgewood. Yes we know they are companion dealerships. We were greeted by Jason upon arrival. He was very kind and attentive to what my daughters wants and needs were. I can not imagine going anywhere but Rich Ford, Edgewood! Frank, Mike, Braeden, Ryan, Marilyn, heck, the whole team, always take care of us like family. We absolutely love the attention and detail they give to anyone who crosses their path!

I was driving through Edgwood when my truck broke down 15 min. Before closing. I called Rich Ford and they did all they could to help me out. Ryan called for tow truck and found a hotel close by. The service manager made sure my truck got in first thing in the morning. The cashier was so nice and friendly. They all made a bad day better. If I lived close they would get all of my business!!
