I'm stranded on road trip and was initially told they won't look at my truck for 5 days with no attempt to escalate priority for travelers. Update: John the Service Manager really came through. He was able to help me get back on the road!

I can not imagine going anywhere but Rich Ford, Edgewood! Frank, Mike, Braeden, Ryan, Marilyn, heck, the whole team, always take care of us like family. We absolutely love the attention and detail they give to anyone who crosses their path!
