We have brought 4 vehicles to East Mountain Auto Glass. One for windshield service and 3 for tint to be installed. Each time we reached out for service, we received informed, honest information. Great service, we will come back as needs arise.

Unfortunately it feels unfair to leave a rating for a shop i didn't choose, but the unfortunate reality is that i called these guys almost two weeks ago about replacing a windshield. Nobody answered the phone. That's not a problem. The problem is, i left a message and they still haven't called me back. That was enough time for me to locate a different vendor, order the windshield, wait a week and a half for my appointment, and have it installed (in my driveway), which is what i did, of course.I'd heard the service here is actually very good, from somebody i trust to say that. But it doesn't matter to me how good the service is if i can't contract the work.Sorry guys. I could have called back, or dropped in. But that one failure on such a simple courtesy... That's a deal breaker for me, and honestly, that's not my responsibility.

I needed a new windshield for my vehicle and was in a time crunch. Phillip was able to replace it within a few hours of calling him. It was installed in 30 minutes! I highly recommend this business and won't hesitate to call them again.
