Had connecting rooms with our co workers. Thought we see if they could open the door between us they said it was permanently sealed. We looked the only thing sealed about it was the thermostat wire running across the bottom of the door. Casino was closed same with the restaurant. Hotel would only let us enter the front door so the security guard and the front desk lady watch u every time.had to wear masks. Not really anything to do or eat in town .would not recommend

Rude female pitboss thought she was better than everybody else. On a Saturday afternoon you don't have anything but $25 blackjack tables. Maybe 1 or 2 $10 tables... When I talked to the female pitboss about it she was very rude and acted as though i was lesser of a player than anybody else. Sneaky. Poor customer service. Can't get a drink anywhere. Bar is clear across in hotel area or high limit tables. This place isn't what it used to be. Used to have a nice bar in center of casino. You are way overpriced on a bottle of beer. $6.00? Flipping highway robbery people. Slots are tight. Come on operations. Loosen them up a little so sometimes we can win. I know Covid19 hit everyone hard but it also did to us players. Its not all about you.Poor drink service at tables when you can finally find a spot.Just a poor atmosphere here anymore. Used to be the best place in town. Not anymore im sorry to say. Talking Stick or Casino Arizona have a much better vibe these days. Im just saying the way it is. I miss the good old days at Wild Horse.

Clean inside & out (including bathrooms), friendly staff, security is a little uptight, pleasant atmosphere, moderately loose slot machines. Over all good experience.

This place is just a hot mess, period! A lot of the staff aren't there to help you. They are rude and judgemental. The food is below mediocre the casino doesn't pay-out and the rooms are sub-standard. Better off in a nearby town like Chama or Pagosa.

I didn't go into the casino, we only stayed in the rooms, the smell of smoke hits you the minute you walk in the front door. My family ate at the restaurant, the food wasn't too bad but the service was horrible. The waitress was not friendly at all. When we left there I realized I left a pair of boots in the room. When I called I had a horrible experiences with trying to get them back, first they told me that I didn't leave any thing in the room, until I got persistint with them they then looked and conveniently found them. The girls in housekeeping were very rude every time I called and tried to talk to them about it. One lady even told me repeatedly that she "knows nothing, nothing at all" before even letting me explain what I was trying to say. The only great service I had was with Cathy who must work at the front desk. She assured me that she could send me my boots and was very friendly every time I talked to her. Thanks to her I don't have to go buy me another pair of $200 boots and it only cost me $9 to get them shipped.
