The staff is very friendly, and helpful. I was do it yourself plumbing, and the owner talked me thru alot of it, and helped me to purchase the rights parts for the job, just by me explaining what i was doing and describing what everything looked like.

My grandmother Juanita McNabb was born in Dexter in 1935 and my great great grandparents are buried in near by Carlsbad. I came here in September to see everything she saw. This hardware store was my first stop after the park! It was just what I expected. Very kind staff. Perfect hardware store with every single thing you could need. I bought a few things to bring back home with me just to have a little piece of Dexter around. I’ll be driving through next summer can’t wait to stop back in! Maybe I’ll get lucky and meet some old timers that may have known my great grandparents! Thank you Dexter and all of New Mexico I loved every mileOf you!!
