Rosa the cashier is extremely RUDE…Theres no need for that type of behavior…And to top it off she just smacks the receipt on the counter like shes angry at the world. If you have problems at home dont take it out on the customers.

the owners are by FAR the RUDEST & most passive aggressive people i’ve encountered at a gas station. they charged my bf & i for coffees we didn’t even drink (they charge per coffee “cup” thrown away even if it wasn’t used).. their new starbucks machines are overly complicated especially since they don’t fit every cup size, so don’t bother trying to figure out how to work them because the cashier/owner WILL glare you down & make you look stupid for not knowing how to work the system. i work at starbucks so i know their menu, but yet it STILL took me a second to try to toggle their self-serve touch screen machine—which should’ve been okay. but NO the man (owner) LITERALLY grabs my cup from where i was trying to pour & angrily says how “i was supposed to grab ice first” & does it for me. usually i don’t let this get to me because i know how frustrating it can be, but if you want to own a business, you HAVE to learn to be patient with customers & at LEAST show some sort of common decency. even yet, TRY maybe explaining how to work the machines, because my bf & i just felt stupid & bit our tongue after he prompted the girl (cashier) to charge HIM for 3 separate drinks after multiple attempts to try to pour the correct cup size !

Customer service is the best here, and the bar and grill next door has the best food I have experienced here in Deming! Delicious

Easy to find location right off the main road and very clean. 1 star rating based on the cashiers attitude. The restroom is for customers only and I saw the sign clearly. I am sick so had to use the restroom first before getting gas or buying some water. The cashier jiggled the door handle while I was using it! He also has some extremely rude assumptions and verbiage to share. Needless to say I left without buying anything from this location.

I have been stoping at Yoya's market every time we go to Mexico for the past 15 years. We have always stopped to fill up the tank, get some coffee, use the restroom etc. Well, Up until this point I would have rated it 5 stars. However, two stars perfectly show how a single experience can change one's perception of a place. They recently added a coffee machine that serves Starbucks coffee. Well, they have two sizes for hot coffee and one for iced coffee. However, only the small cups fit under the machine. So you cannot get a medium size per se. So what I did, I used a small cup to fill up two medium cups which is what I wanted (a medium). And please note that the only other machine there was the one with powdered coffee flavors and we needed a black coffee with milk only. Ok so when I was done filling up the cups I threw in the trash the one small I used. So the lady that was filling up the coffee supplies asked if I was able to get my coffee and I said yes. Then she procedes to ask WHY I threw the cup away, so I answered that it doesn't work anymore and she asked WHY it doesn't work again so at this point I just got the cup out of the trash and didn't said a word to her anymore. Then I went to the cashier and said I wanted to pay for my two coffees and the dirty cup but she said it was ok and threw the cup away. I talked to her and another worker said it was probably because of the cost and that the cup costs them 5 cents so I offered to pay again but the cashier said it was not necessary. My point is, if they want to save costs and waste then either get a machine that fits all of the cups you have available right by the machine or just don't put cups that don't fit on your machine. Oh and train your employees not to be an a..hole. (the lady cashier and the young boy cashier were super nice by the way)

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! ALL THE HOSES HAVE LEAKS AND SOME OF THE SOAPS AND CHEMICALS DONT WORK!! And they refuse to give refunds!!

Horrible customer service nacho cheese machine was broken. Tried to buy nachos cheese wouldnt dispense sign on the side that says out of order still made me pay for some tortilla chips since machine was broken. Employee watches me try to pour cheese doesnt let me know or say anything rather just say your paying for it at the register. Car wash always has busted hoses and never has tire cleaner or engine degreaser would rate 0 stars if i could. they valued personal gain over customer satisfaction will never return to yoyas market
