The whole experience in the store was excellent. I totally recommend John Sheldon, he was fast and made the visit as smooth as possible. He even stayed passed his closing time twice to help me out.

Always dislike leaving negative reviews. But this store deserves one. Bought a gen 9 iPad, though I was led to believe that it was a gen 10. Was also told that I could return the tablet cover within 30 days at any Victra location. Not true. There are simply too many other places to buy personal electronics than to have to deal with unprofessionalism and misinformation at this one.Updated this review to four stars after a regional manager intervened and successfully arranged the return of the accessory and the credit. The manager was informed and professional, which definitely made all of the difference.
