I had an accident recently and the authority called this company to provide me the service. Thanks I took out all my stuff from my coalisoned car. I only left inside the trunk the emergency small tire. My vehicle just was on time towed by them and the tire disappeared from the trunk. On December 29th we had broken down while towing a large 5th wheel and called the folks at Ramons to assist. They were prompt, stopped by to assess the issue and returned with two vehicles (Rollback and a super duty to get both vehicles to safety)They could have gouged us as not many towing options are available in such a small town but they didn’t. And after a repair at a local shop we were back rolling again and on our way.Thanks to the folks at Ramons for the help!

Beware of these crooks, stranded with a blow out near Demming, called for a tow quoted $300, the truck couldn't get the van on the flat bed, still insisted on $300 for some air. Ridiculous.....

On a Sunday Morning of a three day weekend at 8am I called for a flat to be changed. Ramon answered the phone even that early in the morning and said someone would be out in 45 minutes and they were. My spare was put on, my punctured tire put in the back of my truck and I was back on the road.Thank you Ramon and Victor; hard working people on Labor Day no less.

I was stranded in Deming on a Sunday after hitting a coyote, trying to diagnose a fluid leak in my van. I thought the shops would be closed, but happened to spot an open door at Ramon’s Towing and pulled over. Victor came right out and proceeded to look as I told him what happened. He retightened a piece of plastic hanging from my fender and assured me I had a slow power steering leak and could keep driving to my destination. He expected no money. Very thankful for his kindness!

Horrible! Bought a used car knowing it had a few issues that would need taking care of before it could be driven. Called around town and finally settled on Ramons based on the quoted price ($470) and friends recommendations. Drove car to them to have the things we knew fixed (It needed a new fuel pump) and asked that they give the car a once over to see if there were any other hidden issues. They did not in fact give the car a through inspection.Was called days later to be told there was another issue (Had to do with fuel pressure) and would be another $300 to fix. Gave the okay. Went to pick up the car almost a week after dropping it off and was hit with a bill that was $200 more than the quoted amounts. Argued the point but I was brushed off. Said whatever, paid and took car home.Realized on the way home that the car had no gas and that the gas gauge is off by a quarter of a tank. The battery kept dying and we could not figure out why, took it to another shop (AutoTech) and they fixed the issue, it was a anti-theft/gps tracking device. A month later, had to take the car back to AutoTech as it was leaking gas. Turns out Ramons used the wrong clips on the gas lines underneath and they broke. That cost me another $50.I will never go back to Ramons. And I will never recommend them to anyone else.
