My sprinter van broke down outside of Deming NM. Google maps said this company did work on Mercedes Sprinters and they do. Everyone here was super cool and helpful. The issue on van was related to the ECM and that requires Mercedes software to program. Even though they could not get me back on the road they did everything and more than would be expected helping me. If I'm in the area again I will stop to get work done just to support this business.

If I could give them 19 stars, I would! We were heading home to central Texas after a week long road trip. We stopped in Deming for the night and the next morning we couldn't shift our car out of park. Oh no. Never fear Hobbs Quality Service is here! They came and assessed our vehicle, got it drivable and took us to their nearby shop. Turns out it was a small part, which they got quickly, installed and had us back on the road smiling and happy. This is a family business and they treated US like family, charged us a very fair price, and made us grateful that we met them for this emergency.

Wow if a business could be my knight in shiny armor this is them. Called several other places who said tow it to us or we can come tomorrow. These guys came to our rescue on the side of the road in 15 minutes. Fixed the problem and sent us on our way in 2 hrs. 4 grateful ladies on a cross country road trip.

On a cross country road trip when the vehicle wouldn’t shift took it to them and they rocked it They came and got us and we were in and out in under an hour

I took a Transit van in for them to install sway bars. Excellent job and communications. During those communication they suggested that air bags would benefit the ride even better and so they installed the air bags. Great idea. They were correct. I like dealing with everyone there. They do great work and I trust their judgment and demeanor to a high degree.

My radiator gave out on my way to Las Cruces. I called at 8 in the morning and I was on my way by 10:30. That was 3 weeks ago and it is running great.

Had a hitch put on the car took 3 × 2 get the hardware from uhaul. Not the shop's fault they were great U-haul was Drawing them under the bus

An all around great staff, and an old school mechanic who really knows how to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures wound up being the best steering repair EVER on a 31 year old truck. The labor rate is very affordable and I was very pleased to see bill was much lower than I expected. My niece broke down in demi g. I found this place by the grace of God. The mechanic was on it. My son was with us who is autistic and they had chalk for him to play with and sent him home with a safe car part. That's equivalent to a Christmas present. He didn't stop talking about it for a week. Very friendly place. Thanks, guys, for all your hard work. We appreciate all you did to help get them back on the road.

My U Haul broke down on the side of i10 and these guys came out and did an outstanding job. My tire blew out and they had a spare tire on a rim. They were extremely professional and thorough. I mentioned that the tires on my trailer looked low and sure enough they were. He aired them up and made sure I was road ready! Hobbs is the place to go for auto repair. The tech diagnosed the issue, ordered the needed part and did the repair the same day. Explained everything. Everyone there is extremely nice and the repair was not overpriced. I will definitely use Hobbs for all my auto repairs.
