“Had truck trouble 20 miles from Deming NM on a Saturday after they closed. Was able to limp into town about 230 pm. They said they’d stay til we got into town. Ran diagnostics for me, unfortunately I wasn’t able to leave it with them but they directed me to a towing company that agreed to take us 200 miles home.I really appreciate the help and if I wasn’t so far away I’d have left it with them to fix and come back for it.”

“Cannot explain how great of an experience I had here dropped my truck off Saturday had no idea what was going on it was dead in the water at the gas station. First thing Monday morning gave them a call and they had already got my truck in the shop diagnosing it turned out to be a bad starter. Today Monday at 2:30 they called me and had my truck ready to be rolling back down the highway cannot thank them enough my gratitude at getting my truck up and going! “At Carquest where I went first, I was brushed off by the guy at the counter. When I went into NAPA it was completely different. Andrea Venzor, Jose Sanchez and Xitlali Moreno went out of their way to help me find the part by identifying another brand that fit. It took about 10 minutes. They are amazing caring people and I hope you get them to help you if you need it. Ask for any of these 3 and you will be pleased to be treated as if you matter. I spent $150 there. and $0 at the Carquest.”
