“Long story, but I'll try to make it short. My family and I are on a roadtrip from Alabama so a long way from home. We started having issues with our 2017 OB and thought it was different things. After seeing other shops along our route, the issues were never resolved. We thought we could make it to Albuquerque, but unfortunately all subarbu shops were closed on the weekend or booked. Then, with apparently God on our side a timeslot opened up at First Class Auto. They were able to quickly identify the problem and make the repairs. The issue was totally different than what other shops, the auto parts store, and I thought it was. Turns out our whole wheel bearing / hub was about to fall off! First Class Auto got the parts in and job done quickly and efficiently. They saved our roadtrip plus They caught and fixed an issue that could have costs us our lives! (They also do military discounts ?) Thank you FCA!”

“Excellent experience and would definitely would use again. We needed the AC compressor replaced in our 530i. We were a little concerned that because they wouldn't order parts beforehand that our repair might be delayed, but it wasnt. We brought the car in, were given an estimate on time and price and they delivered 100% on time and price. Couldn't of asked for a better, more simple experience. more companies should be like them”

“Honest shop, good rates, safe for women
I thought I’d done this review already—I brought in my battered 2008 Prius after years of avoiding a tune-up, because of my fear of being ripped off after leaving the best mechanic in the world back in California. The guys at Pete’s Auto Care gave me straight information about my car, explaining what it needed so that I could understand, and gave me great rates on the load of work it needed. When I realized what a good deal it was, I sent a card and some food, and it was later explained to me that this was weird, so I don’t recommend doing that. But otherwise, I highly recommend this shop, especially for women who need their car to run reliably for safety (and so also need not to be ripped off).
TL:DR It meant a lot to me to have work done that I could trust; at the time, I was living in a women’s shelter, getting back on my feet after a chronic illness flare-up, and using my tax return to pay for the repairs. I had just started a new job and was looking for a place to rent, to move out of the shelter: having honest, reliable work done on the car so I could get to and from work and a new home meant the world.
As it happens, shortly after the repairs, an unexpected and severe family emergency brought me back to California; so while I had to quit my job and abandon the move into the new place, it became a matter of basic safety that I be able to travel across several states and through the Nevada desert. The car struggled in the heat—it has an ongoing problem related to overheating that no one, even my wizard mechanic in the Bay, has been able to diagnose and fix—but it made it, and is still running.
And, I just found out, there was actually more work done on the car than I knew or than the work order indicated. So yeah, don’t send a card or food, but do go to these guys.”
“I can't recommend this tire shop enough! Ernesto's honesty and expertise truly set this place apart. When I came in needing a tire replacement before a 600-mile trip, I expected a quick sale. Instead, Ernesto took the time to educate me about the importance of matching tire tread patterns for optimal vehicle performance and safety.
Rather than selling me one of his tires (which he had in stock and were suitable for my car), Ernesto advised me to go to Walmart to find a tire with the exact same tread pattern as my existing ones. He explained that mismatched treads could cause issues during my long journey.
This level of integrity is rare these days. Ernesto prioritized my safety over making a quick sale. His knowledge about tire safety and willingness to share it, even when it didn't benefit him financially, was impressive.”
“Great job with the windshield replacement. However they did not reattach cover to the calibration unit behind my mirror. It may be broken ( they are supposed to replace it). I opened the hood and found out they did not replace two snap retainers. I found one in the car on the floor mat, the other I had to replace.”
“So my check engine light went on and I called David at Dwain's Auto spoke to him at length and he suggested I bring the car in. 2 days later when David called me he thoroughly went over all the options of what my choices were to get done. David didn't try to upsell me anything didn't try to sell me any extra parts he fixed what the problem was . I got my car back very quickly I'm very happy with the approach that Dwain's Auto takes with delivering precise mechanical work and no extras! I would highly recommend using them next time you're Auto has a problem.”

“I can highly recommend All In The Wrist Auto and Diesel Repair. I was in a bad way on vacation with a truck with a check engine light in limp mode pulling a trailer. I called them and explained what the symptoms were, and they were helpful and kind. I can, for a fact, they were more interested in helping us versus making money. They acted with compassion and definitely earned my trust. Bottom line - The truck was fixed in record time, and they earned my trust and gratitude!”

“I'm so grateful for the guys at Auto Correct. I got a flat tire unexpectedly while driving near the shop. I was already running late to pick up my kiddo from camp, but I pulled in hoping they could quickly help air up my tire. Even with a gazillion other cars ahead of me, the nicest guy, Aaron helped me right away. As he was putting air in my tire he notices a huge hole in the front wall and, unfortunately, the air was coming out as fast as it was going in. Aaron and the owner (who's name I didn't not catch) were so kind and offered to help put my spare tire on for me so I could go pick up my kiddo. I am so grateful for their kindness and generosity. I'll definitely be going back for any car maintenance needs from now on. It's so important to support local businesses especially when they support their community by offering help when they can. They definitely gained a customer in me and my family. 10/10 highly recommend.”
“Excellent! First time I've ever had an alignment shop get perfectly even numbers left and right. They definitely went above and beyond and were friendly to boot. Also had zero issues with my aftermarket suspension. Won't be going anywhere else for alignments in the future!”

“Thought I had written a review and noticed I didn't after writing another one. I moved to Albuquerque a few years ago and absolutely hate taking a vehicle to a new mechanic because of issues in the past I've had for poor quality work. Let me tell you, I've taken my truck twice to these guys at Baca, there isn't a more friendly and informative mechanic out there. They are in a crunch with all the work they get and was still able to make a deadline of getting out of town at the end of the week. Highly recommend them and the prices of work are very reasonable.”

“My wife and I were thinking about getting a Mini Cooper. We don't live in NM but were here for a day and had some time to spare so we stopped in to test drive some. We ended up working with Lawrence. Lawrence was great and showed us all the different models and we test drove them. Even though we lived out of state and most likely wouldn't be purchasing from them Lawrence stayed in touch to make sure we found the car we were looking for and even reviewed our current deals when we did purchase one to let us know if that was a good deal or not.
