Even tho I got evicted i still fill he is a good land lord and gets things done in a timely manner .I highly recommend young rentals .

Horrible experience actually kept trying buy a house from this man filled out application he told me we would sign paper work and he sold it I was out of a house and had already packed up my stuff ready to move into it
