I have never been so disappointed and constantly let down by UPS, EXCEPT CLOVIS NEW MEXICO. My last experience, a package that required a signature, was tracked and on the truck for delivery. Received a notice that we were not home @ 517 pm, on a Friday. Camera's etc, no delivery was attempted. We were homeand were waiting. This company, especially Clovis, New Mexico has a serious integrity problem. This is not the 1st time. I am done filling complaints. I don't care about understaffed, etc. We are the customer. We have tracked shipments from Albuquerque, that arrive in Clovis on a Thursday. They do not get delivered until Monday at the earliest. Saturday delivery, no chance. Option for pickup, forget it. Rather than complain, we have decided that we will never use UPS again, while in Clovis. I hope your bonuses and delivery times look good. We use to have appropriately 500 dollars of product delivered via UPS monthly. Any companies that have contracts with UPS, have lost our business. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH ,USE FED EX, OR THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Excuses and frustration, not results. Way beyond weather, or accidents. Complain with your wallet. Reading other reviews, I see incompetence is not limited to one individual in Clovis New Mexico. A "culture" of incompetence is rampant from top down.UPDATE Received a phone call from UPS in Albuquerque. Before posting on Google, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, BBB, online. The individual stated the delivery was attempted. We tracked the delivery with the UPS app. Furthermore, we were home, with dogs, and cameras. Again, this not the first occurrence. BUT, it is the last time. Thank you UPS for making a decision for your clients and end customers. Time and money are valuable. Taking a nice deep breath, and moving foward without negativity.

UPDATE: I was told their customer center doesnt open anymore and you have to go after 6pm and find the supervisor to get your packages.UPS in Clovis sucks. They don't like to even try to deliver packages and put "Must pick up at carrier" then they're never open to pick up the package. They're only open 2 hours a day and 4 days a week? How am I supposed to pick up my package if they don't even open when they say they will. If I could give them a zero I would. Stick to FedEx or USPS if possible.

Anytime they have a relief driver on the route they take over a week to deliver a package. They will just mark it down as wrong address until the regular driver comes back. It is very frustrating especially when it is car parts that you need to get a car up and operating.

Wish I could put 0 second time I get delivery attempt while waiting outside for it package was signature required so I wait outside and instead of stopping truck just flew by without even looking and then I get a notification that they tried but I wasn’t there.

The store hours are 5:30pm-7:00pm not 4:30pm-6:00pm

I tracked my package online and it said that they attempted delivery but I know they didn’t because I was home and I also have a doorbell camera that detected no one. It stated they would deliver the next day, which never happened as it’s been multiple business days now. I tried going there in person, but as the other reviews stated, their hours online are not the same as their hours posted on the business’s door. I tried going at the time posted on the door but no one was there. This location is a joke. After reading the reviews and realizing many people are experiencing the same issues I am, I’m shocked UPS allows this location to remain open. It seems to me that something shady is going on at this location. If you live in the area and can ship through another carrier, I highly recommend it.

I am very disappointed with UPS! Either they email saying they can't deliver for some reason,or they say its delivered and I've never seen it! In fact the 'proof of delivery ' photo is not even our house!!

Havent had a good experience with the UPS here in Clovis NM for a good 4 months. Delivering to the wrong houses, Smashing fragile packages and not opening the customer center. My package is waiting at the customer center because the driver didnt feel like delivering it today. Went to go pick it up at the posted times and there is a sign that states closed. About 5 other customers were waiting as well. There were about 6 UPS trucks gone for the day and no one there to help. They cant get someone to stand there and be a customer service rep for 2 hours??? What a big joke!!! The service here is so garbage that I have actually asked stores that I buy from if they can ship FedEx or USPS. I pay for the My Choice just so that I can get it shipped correctly and that is still an issue. If they cant get their business together, they need to be reported to the BBB. By reading the reviews, I know I am not the only one that has had problems with the Clovis NM UPS in general!

This place is posted as being open from 4:30 to 6pm however there is a not on the door at that says they are closed with no aditional information such as operating hours or numbers to call to try and get assistance. I called another ups store in town and was told the the night manager gets in around 5:30pm and that i should wait there until i see someone so i can confront them directly. From reading other reviews on here it seems that im not the only one having issues and that its been going on for months. The fact that this hasnt been fixed yet is outrageous.

Just know if your package requires a signature, chances are high they won’t attempt delivering it. Save yourself the headache and just pick it up yourself. The manager should be here around 5PM, he’s very helpful.

I’d give zero stars if it let me… they just stopped delivering to my business last month after a year of regular deliveries. I have tried to contact every imaginable ups employee to resolve the issue and everyone just keeps asking me for my tracking number. I am beyond frustrated and I plan on bringing ups to its knees when I become wealthy and powerful.

Just the worst. Won't deliver without a signature, but the office hasn't been open all week, and don't even think about calling.The week before last, they delivered a package to somebody who wasn't me! I'll never see that item. The place I ordered from is resending for free, very nice, and then filing a claim against UPS. We need to file claims against this lousy office or things will never get any better.

This place has closed their customer service location, thereby completely eliminating all available options of tracking down an undelivered or missing package. This is simply unacceptable from an international company.

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!The delivery person in Clovis New Mexico NEVER drops my packages at our home,which is clearly marked at the road of our address!!!!!!!!!Always loves at my neighbors home.They simply DON'T CARE !!!!!!!!Now wants a pay increase ? ?Big joke !!!!!!!!!!
