I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a coffee. I ordered at the counter and there are only 3 people inside. When I asked how much longer, they said they were making mobile orders and would get to mine in time. Now I see 7 mobile orders on the counter and here I am. Another franchise forcing an app on me.

12 cars in front of me, waited an hour because I had nothing better to do with my life.Something in your process is broken. This is ridiculous. Been sitting at the window for 15 minutes and all I got was "I'll be with you in 2 seconds." Well guess what? 898 seconds later (and counting) and I still haven't heard anything.Absolutely atrocious.

I rarely post reviews. However, my experience yesterday was absolutely horrible and it was Thanksgiving of all days. I pull up to the drive through window and was not greeted. I was told my total and asked to use my stars, no problem. All the employees were discussing how people should be so thankfuk they were open on Thanksgiving and that they certainly didn't have to be? The lady handed me my first drink then went to hand me a second drink. I ordered a grande espresso Frappuccino with caramel drizzle. There was clearly no caramel drizzle I said oh I'm sorry Ma'am I don't think this has the caramel drizzle I wanted. She huffed and puffed and took the drink back. Never said a word. She came back with my drink and shoved it in my hand and started talking on her headset apologizing for the long wait to the customer ordering. Extremely rude customer service. I will no longer be supporting this location as this is the last straw for me.

I was appalled by the management there. There was a young worker there and she got yelled at, something was thrown at her, the what I can think was the manager threw something else onto the counter. Leaving the girl crying. Not the first time I have seen this “manager” be rude towards workers and even customers. This is disgusting. No person should be in power who acts like a damn child! After that I saw the workers try to go on after but they all seemed upset. Disgusting

Always out of ingredients, sometimes their credit card machines just don’t work for days at a time. Service is generally pretty slow. When they have what you want they usually make it pretty well though

Went in a good week and a half ago I was at the dollar tree and placed the order outside of dollar tree. Realized I had nowhere else to go and did not take as long as anticipated so just decided to make my way as they were dead and had one other car at their window. Show up tell them I have an order for said name and the girl on the clock that night popped an attitude and told me for future reference we need to wait until it's ready. I was well aware that I was showing up before the said time and I never was rude in any way just did not think it would be an issue as I was the second customer there (the others in front of me). Would have completely understood if they were busy but it was such an unnecessary and uncalled for comment especially there being two customers nobody was inside their lobby.
