Only good for when you're broke!
Full conversation with their employee to start off this "fun" adventure in photos.
Saw their promotion on Facebook for the $25 down payment plan for new tires.
First, Leroy quoted me just under $400 for 2 tires and told me the promo is for 4 tires, so I assumed double the quote for the tires, $800. Sounded great, they just needed to order the tires. My Fiance goes in, does the paperwork, and was told they'd be in Friday.
We go after work, assuming they arrived since we hadn't received a call. Also, assuming they were busy, that was our bad, I guess. Got there, and the tires are held up in Texas. They'll be in on Monday. Now I have to miss a day of work so I don't miss getting my tires. On the way home, my worst tire goes flat. Awesome.
So Monday comes, we call them by noon and the tires are there. I get there and give them the keys. The GM goes into the back before I can ask about the mentioned free alignment. So I asked the girl at the front who I startled because she was so deep in her phone, I think she forgot she was at work, and she said yes, the allingment is included.
In an hour, I get my keys and drive off, but my car is pulling the same as before, so I go back and let them know. The GM asked, "were we supposed to do an allingment?" And I said I thought that was the promo, and he blamed the girl for not telling him, but... it's his promotion, don't you know what needs to get done?
Anyways, another hour, and they tell me they can't do the alignment because my car is too new? Their machine is aftermarket? They have to unhook sensors to do it? I've never heard that before, AND my car is a 2014 Dodge Charger. It's 10 years old, how is it too new? So I had to confirm that they'd still uphold their warrenty even though they can't hold up their end of the whole promotion. The GM assured me, he would "know what's up" and they'd still warrenty them new. But I never saw him write anything in our account folder saying anything like that. So, how do I know he isn't lying just to get me to leave. Pretty sure they straight bullshit me because I'm a female and wouldn't understand that an alignment takes just a tie rod end and a few bolts and no sensors need to be unhooked, but what do I know? Except that the only good thing about this place is their cheap payment plan, just like Aaron's.
Oh. And that nice $800 price was for old tires they don't sell anymore. According to the GM. So, I walked out with a $1150 bill. And STILL needing an alignment. Guess I'll just go to the dealership and take another day loss. Thanks RNR Tires!

We own a pet transporting business & had a tire blow out an hour & 30mins away from RNR & Christopher told us they closed at noon & if we couldn’t make it by then they would stay open to accommodate us. Frank got us a good deal on 2 tires! I’m so happy I was able to find this business

Stopped by in October to see if they could put my tires on my car, they wanted like $50 per wheel for a basic mount and balance. I try to keep my business local but the big stores do it for about $30, so I went to discount tire.
My read on this shop is that what they're interested in isn't basic and inexpensive tire work, it's selling overpriced wheel and tire packages to people who can't afford them.

Amazing shop. No appointment? No problem. My alignment was done in about an hour and they have comfortable seats for waiting, and are in walking distance of a few places to eat. They also provide coloring station for kids.
And the work on my car was great! No more leaning to the left!
