The truth is incredible, I recommend this place 100%, good service, treatable, all the workers take care of you like at home and have a solution to all your mechanical problems, coffee, bathrooms available, a place to take a nap in which they fix the problem

I’ve been going to different mechanics across Texas for the past 3 weeks ( basically I was stuck ), spending thousand of dollars. My truck would try to turn off on me. Limped it to the R&D service center. I wanna thank the staff. But also thank Fabian and teddy for there dedication and experience. Fabian found a fried wire harness that made the truck go into derate mode. Good deal man thank you!!! Higher recommend

Deloris saved my life and fitted me with the right oil cap for my engine. Again she saved my life!! And they were giving out ice cream! Nice place. Friendly, above and beyond service

I am driver with Stevens transport and I want to thank the staff here at R&D THEY made my day really smooth and easy great coffee great hot popcorn and all the jerky you can eat and a nice drivers lounge where I was able to kick my feet up and watch some westerns I recommend this place it felt like home ?❣️✔️ thank you to teddy Lisa and the rest of the staff???

These folks are phenomenal...I lost my steering pump reserve on interstate 40 on a Friday night so I literally had to drive almost over 200 miles to get to this place and they were the best in the greatest help I could ever think ofI had to customize it aftermarket because they didn't have the one I needed, but it turned out nice and they had all the parts on a Saturday. This was amazing thank you.

R&D is a great shop!!! I had an accident and my semi where I jackknife and I just needed to get back home. They took care of me. Great bunch of guys and women. A great shop to go to anything ever happens. You should go here. They'll take care of you. I'm very much appreciated to them!

Good help here, it's a little busy but you get full attention when it's your turn. They are a little expensive but it's understandable since it's cheaper to buy things here rather than wasting all day going to lubbock or Amarillo to save a few $$.. All and all I like em. Give em a shot for parts, lube & service
