Every time I go to have my small propane tanks filled there is some kind of excuse on why I can't get them filled. It's broken, waiting on parts or there's no one here qualified to filled tanks. Why hire someone to work there and not train them to fill tanks. It's sad I have to go to the camper place across the street from you to get my propane!

Delivery drivers are professional and compassionate with the elderly in rural New Mexico. Gives us a feeling of confidence in providing fuel for heat during the cold months. The problem we have with the company is in their billing practices. Their method could require some reevaluation for improvement.

Very friendly and delivery is prompt. Only problem is the price but I suppose that's a normal complaint. Live on Social security and finances are tight.

Pinnacle's smart buy plan is helpful. I only wish I had had more information last summer so I could have fully taken advantage of the value! Their service is reliable and competitive. Delivery personnel consistant, dependable, knowledgeable, professional, and always cordial.

I had great service until the big company took over. I never know when my tank will be filled. Only one driver leaves me a receipt of delivery. Big company took over. GOOD LUCK, Don't know who's answering your call could be anywhere.

I dropped off my tanks early today and was told they would be filled by the end of the day. The close at 4.30 and when the guys come in and out through the day they are supposed to fill the small tanks if any. I left two tanks bc it's is getting down to 4 degrees tonight and 20 miles wind. When I went to get them...I was told they didn't get done. When she called the driver he said ....oh I forgot...she will have to wait till tomorrow.....now I have know heat.
After calling the main number I was told to go to a campground who charges over 4 bucks. I can't afford that and I am disabled and get sick often and can't just jump and go. I don't recommend them. Not good service.
Update
I called and spoke to a mike who was supposed to be high management. After explaining what happened He rudely told me there are other places to fill my tanks. Rude people I still have no heat and it is in the negatives at night. No compassion
