The store itself is nice, and employees are relatively helpful. However, I ordered flooring service from them and it was a total nightmare. From the person at the retail location who woefully misquoted the time to completion and how the process would work, to the customer service rep who never knew where the supplies were or who was supposed to pick up what, to the actual contractors who called us "pendejo" and other things assuming we didn't speak any Spanish. There was a language barrier and we were trying to answer their questions by pointing at things, which is what they did when they arrived, but then got mad at us for doing the same. "Service Pros" never showed up when they were supposed to, no one seemed to know where the supplies were, and no one told us anything at any point. I repeatedly had to take time away from work to make myself available just for the workers or supplies to never show up. I would message them just to find out they weren't showing or were "held up," but they never notified us.

Was impressed the store still has plywood and supplies even after the hail storm damage around Clovis. Employees were friendly helping us load into our vehicle. Cashier Mya was very friendly as well. I'm sure we'll be back.

Called garden center for info on sod and although they did not have any left the young man who helped me was very informative and polite. seems most of the employees there are very polite and try their best. With this being one of two larger stores like this I'd love it if the store were bigger and offered more plants that do well in this region specifically.

I hardly ever write reviews but I had to write this one. My husband and I moved here from Arizona a couple of months ago, we ordered all our appliances, a safe and a Christmas tree there. Although all our appliances are not here yet and we understand how things are these days, I have to give a shout out to all the people in the appliances, associates on the registers up front and in the returns and the manager Alfred for personally delivering one of our appliances to make sure we received it. This store has done an outstanding job with their customer service, everybody went out and beyond to make us satisfied customers. We will definitely do our shopping there from now on. Thanks everyone, keep up the good work!

This store has many nice and helpful employees. The items stocked are varied enough to meet most everyone's needs. I enjoy just walking through the Garden Center and the store.
