The front desk, warehouse and delivery folks were all helpful without a trace of derision or condescension at my complete lack of experience with the big project I took on. They're also faster than anything else for delivery, which is free, so make sure you're ready to start your project the day after you order. I highly recommend Furrows for any kind of wood, but also the tools they carry in store. I'll be calling and visiting them again soon for the next project I put on.”
“You can find almost anything you're looking for but none of the stuff is not high quality. Some will last and some so not. I get a kick out of them comparing their stuff to snap on. I had a front crankshaft bolt that I was attempting to remove. I first put a shallow impact socket from harbor freight on my impact and try removing the bolt. It did not remove it. I then took a deep socket from snap-on with the same impact and same air pressure and it removed it. The steel is the difference. Snap-on steel is much higher quality.”
“Customer service here is awesome. I came in to return a weedeater that wasn’t working. I was a little concerned because the weedeater was on sale when I bought it, but no longer when I brought it back. That was okay though—I talked to Fatima at the returns desk and she provided excellent service. I got the new weedeater, and she matched the price to what it was when it was on sale.
