You can find almost anything you're looking for but none of the stuff is not high quality. Some will last and some so not. I get a kick out of them comparing their stuff to snap on. I had a front crankshaft bolt that I was attempting to remove. I first put a shallow impact socket from harbor freight on my impact and try removing the bolt. It did not remove it. I then took a deep socket from snap-on with the same impact and same air pressure and it removed it. The steel is the difference. Snap-on steel is much higher quality.

I rate a zero in customer service. RICK is a manager and is such a rude person if I can say that lightly. My husband asked for assistance and he told him, What, what do you want? Really wow for a manager that's the rudest customer service EVER. Calling corporate I hope they do something that's not a way to help any customer at all. If your having a bad day just stay at home. RICK is such the rudest person ever.

I went to get some staples for a pneumatic stapler brand that they sell. The box of staples I grabbed had been opened but taped closed, I didn't notice, but the cashier did, and he put an open box discount on the purchase.A week later, I tried to use them, but they didn't fit even though they were the correct size.When I tried to return them, I was told I couldn't because it was an open box. I showed her it was open when I got it, but she said yes, that's why you can't return it! You only have 7 days to return. I said it's day 8.I asked for a manager, and she told me the manager wasn't there and wouldn't refund or exchange them anyway!Very put off by the lack of customer service skills and professionalism of employees.I will no longer shop here. They lost a long time customer over 7 dollars.

I came in the store feeling good after relocating to Portales .. There were only a few people in the store. I asked about some tools and had many questions about the product and product options... I may be wrong, but I heard that floor person go in back saying" this guy who is high is asking about this and that" ... Not going back. Who are YOU to make those assumptions about a customer who is willing to spend their HARD earned money and give their business to you?
