My experience at Hamilton Ford was absolutely amazing from the moment I arrived. Jorge Salomon greeted me with a smile and a handshake the second I walked in their front doors and proceeded to assist me with my concerns about my trade in. He was very respectful, knowledgeable courteous and helpful to my needs regarding a new purchase. If I could, I would rate him 10 stars. Exceptional service from him and Hamilton Ford. I bought my daughter's car from them. We took it in and they broke it. Now, they say they can't fix it. They want me to keep paying on a car they've had in their service garage for months that THEY BROKE and now can't fix it, and tell me if I wanna trade it in, it'll be at a loss cuz it isn't running. AND IT'S UNDER WARRANTY! Yet the sales manager was "shocked" that I would expect Hamilton and Ford to take the loss.

Working with Gmo was great! Detailing in the car could have been better/cleaner before I took it home, but other than that Gmo’s a great salesman if you’re looking for one.
