On 1/25 I went into goodwill and could hear the male manager yelling at the rest of the employees. He was absolutely unprofessional and should not be working in this profession. He doesn't seem like he talks to his employees with any respect and I'm surprised anyone is working for him at all. Do not recommend this store unless management changes.

This store was horrible!!! Very dirty floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Store was cluttered and disorganized!! The restroom was worse than a truck stop !!! Never seen a Goodwill is bad ever!!! Clean it up at this point professional cleaning staff will be needed !

This goodwill is over priced and junky. All the stuff that needs to be free or for $1.00. I been to so many goodwill and this one just blows my mind with the price. Ridiculous, absurd prices and expensive considering all of this stuff is donated and they are trying to put a high price on junkie items.

Friendly staff ready to assist with any donations and also when ringing up anything you're buying. A good place to go to find something cheaper that's been used if you're looking for it and fortunate enough to go after someone has donated what you want. If you don't want to deal with a yard sale, bring good items here to help others.

The prices are too high for a place that sells donated Items . They need to bring their prices down to donation level.

Many things are very over priced... They won't let you try anything on and you can't even sit on the furniture....

It’s disgusting how much they’re charging. 24.99 for an old smelly used pair of sneakers? Shame on you. These stores are SUPPOSED to be for the low income but instead they’re taking free donations and hiking the prices up to almost what they would be brand new. As a matter of fact, here’s a tip for whoever reads this. Go on eBay, Poshmark, or Depop, and you can get a pair of shoes (or whatever you’re looking for) for almost new and yet somehow still cheaper than this “thrift” store.

They won't open their fitting rooms, they have so much junk piled by them it looks like a badly maintained junk shop. Really, they can't give you a sack or box for purchses, and you can't bring bags ieither. Rid

Love Goodwill but you have to shop around sometimes it's cheaper to go to the dollar store or Walmart. Clean shop and very friendly staff

Saw something the fellas was putting out on the shelves. Asked about it and looked something like bamboo shades. There was four so I got them all. Brought them home. Haven't opened the package yet, but it looks like they will be really handy. A new DIY project

Classic store to find hidden treasures. The book section has some finds to include a tarot companion and various self help books. Scattered about are relic books from the 80s, and every type of fashion from 1960- today. Browse the slightly used shoes to find your "perfectly worn" pair. Knick knacks off the chain. Target surplus items like inflatable unicorns and cute earth pillows.

I have given this goodwill numerous tries. I love goodwill in the other states we have lived in, but I have never experienced what I have every time I have been in Clovis goodwill. The associates we have dealt with have no idea what customer service is, they are short and snide with customers who are just asking simple questions. I don't think the service would align with corporate goodwill standards, possibly they need training or new management. The prices are outrageous, you might as well head to Walmart to purchase brand new. So much for being helpful to those in need or having good will to fellow humans.
